The house is unique because two of the rooms with queen beds and are separated from the main house and are completely private with their own balcony and bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom is the “bunk room” with two queen beds and two twin top bunks. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with two seating areas and a 65” smart TV. The inside dining table seats 6 and the screen porch dining table seats 10! The location of this home is one of the best on the Island just off the Inter coastal and Lemon bay, where the constant tidal flow makes for year-round crystal clear water teeming with Snook, Trout, Redfish, Snapper & Grouper. Best fishing on the island right off your dock! The dock is available for you to tie up your boat for your visit. For enjoyment of the entire family you can rent kayaks, canoes, motor boats and paddle boards on the island. As such, our cancellation policy is very strict. We offer a 50% refund up until 90 days prior to arrival. After 90 days, no refund will be issued.
