Appartamento bello, accogliente e silenzioso.
Si trova nel bellissimo centro storico di Perugia.
L'host è molto gentile e pronto ad ogni consiglio o necessità.
Sicuramente la prossima volta che capiteró a Perugia tornerò a soggiornare alla Residenza la Mandorla.
Niente da segnalare.

It was nice and central, the owner was helpful and pleasant. He let us check in early.
It lacked basic facilities such as a microwave, there are no wine glasses, no toaster, no air conditioning and it was hard to sleep in 29 degrees with just a fan. There is no iron. Also a washing machine would make a huge difference to people who are travelling from other countries as they are often away for week. Would be happy to pay a bit more for these things.

The apartments are located in a very convenient spot: it’s a 3–5-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. It takes 20 minutes to walk down the hill to the train station. The apartments are in an old, historic building, but everything inside is new, well-maintained, and clean.
I didn't like that the host wouldn't let me check out 30 minutes later, as I'd asked—as if 30 minutes would make any difference. You're not asking to check out 2 or 3 hours later, but just 30 minutes! And at exactly 10 a.m., the cleaning lady was already standing at the door...
