Sorprendente y agradable ciudad. Excelente comunicación con Asis.

Muy céntrico. La información suministrada en la recepción del hotel que atiende los apartamentos es muy buena tanto para visitar la ciudad y Asís fue excelente. Te acompaña una persona desde el hotel al apartamento para explicar el funcionamiento del mismo.

La única crítica es no haber tenido antes conocimiento de la existencia del excelente minimetro que conecta la estación de ferrocarril con el centro de la ciudad.

Conveniently located charming place, but they should invest in new plumbing

The property was centrally located and it had the charme of a typical Umbrian old house

There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom and the sink was leaking every time we used it

Very good

Great location - so close to Piazza Italia and bus stop (bus to the airport), nice staff, room clean and spacious, king size bed in the bedroom. All necessary equipment available.

Second bed in the salon was ok but very creaking what can be unconfortable during the night for other.

Accueil très sympathique et compétent. La chambre est idéalement située dans un très bel et ancien immeuble, dans le centre historique et tout près des points d'intérêt touristiques. Accès sécurisé. Beaucoup de charme dans la décoration et les parties communes. Excellente literie. Petite cuisine à disposition avec la possibilité de faire du thé/café.

Certains éléments de la salle de bain sont à revoir tel le flexible de douche et le robinet du lavabo. Personnellement je n'ai pas beaucoup aimé le lit en mezzanine mais c'est une question de goût et de préférence.

Central place in Perugia

Very central place in the heart of Perugia old city. Super easy to reach any of the touristic attractions of the old city. The space is furnished with vintage style and very clean. Staff is nice and welcoming (off site). Recommended for a stay in Perugia

The A/C is not very powerful and you need to boost it high to have some effect. The shower is very small and you only have 5 min of hot water, use it carefully!

This accomodation adds to your experience in Perugia!

Location was amazing, close to the town centre and close to the mini metro that takes you to Perugia many station so you can explore other cities in Umbria by train. The apartment is large, all the facilities are great and the staff are super helpful. We loved our stay here.

Enjoyed being in the center of historic Perugia.

Excellent location to see Perugia. Staff was excellent. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated.

Bathroom was incredibly small. Shower water is limited to 5 minutes which is difficult if you wash your hair.

Great location and quiet elegant spot.

The location was great, just off the Main Street but quiet. The view was lovely too from our two windows. Staff at the nearby hotel that manage the apartment are especially nice. We tried the breakfast one day there which was reasonably priced and very good. Beautiful breakfast room. We stayed 4 very pleasant days there.

We had the room with the daybed as couch which wasn’t very comfortable for reading in and the other chairs were antique types so also not comfy. But I think our room had the best light and views of all the apartments. Kitchen isn’t much, in fact the water cooker couldn’t be plugged in as the cord was so short it didn’t reach the counter or even the floor. Staff brought an extensive cord immediately when we inquired. Food in the town is excellent.

Perfect apartment for Perugia!

Perfect location for exploring Perugia’s old town, and easy to get to from Piazza Italia. The apartment is in a wonderful old building, and is a great size for one or two people. It’s very comfortable and has everything you would need during a short stay, and feels very safe. The living room and bedroom both have great views, and the whole apartment has a lovely calm atmosphere and is well decorated. The bed is two singles pushed together, but is very comfortable. The kitchenette has a kettle, hob and fridge, and is perfect for making your morning cup of coffee! The bathroom is clean and neat. Checking in is done at a separate hotel reception, but is very straightforward and can also be done online. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for my stay, I could have happily stayed longer!

Wifi didn’t seem to be available, I asked for a password but never received one. No problem for me, but may be annoying if you needed to do any work while staying.

we very much enjoyed our stay at this property. great location and very central . property advised to catch mini tram from station however with discovered getting the local bus was much easier. apartment had all cooking facilities which was very handy. bed was very comfortable and air con worked well.

very close to town centre, spacious apartment, good organization. I appreciated the possibility to ask for advice and recommendations at Locanda della posta. I also liked the coffee maker and the tea cooker and the fridge

Great location in the heart of old Perugia.

Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful staff made our arrival and departure easy. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room to socialize, self cater or just relax. Would recommend.

Perfect for someone travelling with a child

I arrived with my son late in the evening from Perugia airport, the staff here had kept in touch with me via WhatsApp before we took off to make sure that someone would be there when we arrived and were amazing from start to finish. We got a very warm welcome at the main hotel and were taken around the corner to our apartment. I can't remember the name of the chap that met with us but he was so helpful. The room was lovely, very authentic traditional Italian style and we had everything we needed. The bed was also huge and extremely comfortable. I shared with my son but honestly wouldn't have know he was there is was so big. Location was perfect, walking distance into the main square and there was a lovely little family owned restaurant on the corner just by our building. We were only there for one night nut I would highly recommend these apartments as somewhere to stay. They also called me a taxi in morning to take up to the train station and helped me carry my luggage to the Taxi.
