Location, friendliness of managing hotel staff, cleanliness and space.
Have to wash the dishes at the end of your stay. This meant we arrived to the people before us not having cleaned them very well. There was also a persistent sewage smell coming out of the toilet every morning. But this is more an issue with the building

Great central yet quiet location with a very comfortable big bed. Were very accommodating about our late check in, picked up keys from a hotel nearby. Large TV with Netflix. Plenty hot water.
A freezer space in the fridge would be useful. The shower cubicle is very small. It's a very small apartment but good value, we really only used it to sleep in.

The hotel staff was super! They immediately attended my requests in a very friendly and professional manner. Right in the centre.
First of all, this is not a studio as advertised. It is a tiny room that appears to be a closed-off corridor converted into accommodation, located above the building's bin storage area.
The room was significantly smaller than advertised and had no external window, which made it feel extremely cramped and lacking in natural light. The listing did not accurately reflect either the size or the nature of the accommodation.
Given the very limited space, the absence of a proper window, and the misleading description, I found the price far too high for what was offered. Overall, the accommodation did not match expectations and represented poor value for money.
