Nestled in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming cottage for $205 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cavalier Cottage, at Ruby Dog on B Street, is one of the most private spots here in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. This two bedroom / one bath unit is perfect for families traveling with their dog. Cavalier Cottage has a private fenced in backyard, with a patio area, in addition to the newly landscaped and fenced in front yard. The deck has a large teak table and is the ideal spot for a family dinner or lunch after a long morning on the beach. The cottage has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room together as one large space. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and a cozy chaise lounge too. The completely renovated kitchen features quartz countertops, a huge island with seating, all new appliances and everything you will need to prepare, cook and enjoy meals while here at the beach. The cottage has a large flat screen TV for you to enjoy a wide variety of Comcast cable offerings. Both of the bedrooms have brand new queen mattresses and linens. Cavalier Cottage also has a twin size cot, which can be set up too. The completely remodeled bathroom features a tub with shower, all new towels and a large vanity with storage. Ruby Dog on B is only one house off of the beach so access to the beach and ocean is just a few steps away. We provide beach towels and chairs for our guests to use during their stay with us and an outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. We have laundry area with washer and dryer on site as well Ruby Dog on B Street has a total of three separate units. Winston, Scarlett, and Cavalier Cottage can either be rented independently or in combination, depending on availability. Also within walking distance are several restaurants, shopping options, coffee shops, and miniature golf. The historic downtown area is an easy ten minute drive north on A1A past the Lighthouse and over the Lions Bridge.

We had a great Christmas respiet in this beautiful home. We brought our Yorkie "Ramona" with us. It was quite and peaceful and so the dog was well behaved. The owner and property manage were always in communication with us and helped whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this how without reservations.

This place is so close to the beach, as well as to many places to eat. The kitchen space is great - nice and open for entertaining. We took our two little dogs and they really enjoyed the backyard. The unit is also located on a side street so safe for animals and little children (little to no traffic). The property manager/owner Morgan was great to work with! I'd definitely recommend this rental. The upstairs bedroom is in a loft with steep stairs so may not be great for everyone that needs a second bedroom. Worked out perfectly for us!

It was great. We had our own cottage. Didn’t share the driveway with anyone, great beach access, plenty of restaurant choices and dog friendly! Always had access to the property manager if needed. We will do it again. Buck and Jeannie

Loved the unit and honestly loved our experience. Morgan was very responsive and met us at our property for check-in. Wonderful secure yard space for our dogs, and the cottage was adorable. We love the B Street location and will definitely look for availability here for future rental needs.

I stayed there with my husband and our dog and we enjoyed it very much! Morgan is an excellent host! Great communication and always fast response! The cottage was nice and clean and beautifully decorated! Just a few steps to the beautiful beach and amazing view! Sunrise there was spectacular and every day looked different! I have good memories now and it makes me happy!

What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was clean, and nice, loved all the windows. The beach is only steps away and old Saint Augustine. Is only a few minute drive. Morgan, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re into fishing, Sea love charters are the way to go.

Great little place in a great location. Nice private yard, clean and spacious inside, well stocked kitchen with all appliances, dishes and even a blender to make morning smoothies. A few short steps and you're walking on beach sand down to the absolutely beautifully quiet ocean beach. Morgan is a pleasure to meet and talk to. Always there to respond to texts about anything. It was a perfect trip and this place was a big part of making it that way. The kind of place you don't really want to review because you want to keep this little treasure to yourself. 😉

Spent a few weeks in Florida after Christmas and concluded our vacation here. We travel with our two small dogs and wanted a place they could feel comfortable at so decided on this cozy vacation rental. It was perfect for us. The carriage house is adorable and located a few steps from a beautiful dog friendly beach. The rental was adorable and clean with all the amenities you would need to cook meals and enjoy your vacation with no stress. We would highly recommend this place and hope to return some day.

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, spacious, and steps from beautiful St. Augustine beach! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine with plenty more wonderful restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. We absolutely love staying at the Ruby Dog on B, and with Morgan. This is our second trip to the Ruby Dog on B, we loved it so much last year we just had to return. From the very beginning he is so easy to communicate with and is so quick in his response. The property is well kept and with how tricky parking and beach access can be during busy season. The private parking and beach access that is just steps away is perfection. The Cavalier Cottage was the perfect amount of space for us and our dog. The private yard was the extra added touch of excellence we needed for a longer stay. There is truly no better place to stay. We already cannot wait to be back next year.
