You can see the ocean from your top floor decks and bedrooms,and then head off to the beach, or just swim in the beautiful heated pool in your backyard and have cocktails on the oceanview deck in the afternoon! A barbecue is provided for poolside BBQ'S. Newly renovated and decorated with a cozy beach cottage theme by the artist owner, you can curl up on the sofa with a book, watch a movie(some provided), do a puzzle(some provided) or walk over one street to the very popular A street and have a great oceanside meal, shop, or watch the surfers go by.. (you can even do that on your very own front porch). On Wednesday's walk to the farmer's market at the pier just blocks away. Downtown, the Oldest City in the USA has sightseeing tours, beautiful restaurants, great shops and lots and lots to do..... This is the best property. Our second time staying and this time we took both sides. You have the beach but even better a private pool. Walk everywhere and only 10 minutes to down town. Will stay again soon

Very quaint and comfy beach home. It passed the white glove test, very clean! The location was fantastic as it’s just steps away from the beach. The pool was a wonderful way to end our evenings. Sharon provided a fully outfitted kitchen as well as beach towels, chairs and pool floats. She was available and very attentive to our needs. We had an awesome beach vacation! Thank you Sharon for being such great host!

We had a wonderful week in St. Augustine beach! The location of this rental can’t be beat…so close to the beach and only a short drive to all the history of st. Augustine. Having the heated pool was a big plus too, since a couple of the days were too chilly for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with friends and family for 28 relaxing days in this wonderful bungalow just a few houses from the beach. Sharon, our fabulous host, was always available to help us settle in and during our stay. Terrific location for food, coffee, and adult beverages. The beautiful, heated pool was enjoyed almost daily even in chilly weather. You have everything you need in a home away from home. The only sad part was leaving to come home. Loved it.

The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It actually had 2 bedrooms, and a sunroom with a bed and armoire as the third "bedroom. Also, there is 1 full bathroom, one small half bathroom, and an outdoor shower, NOT 3 bathrooms!

Our stay was great. Just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the rest of the night in the lit pool at night. We have 4 kids and we all had a great time. Definitely look forward to returning in the future!!

Everything was perfect , kitchen stocked with all dishes you need to cook , love the outside shower with hot water , the heated pool was amazing. Plenty of beach towels and pool / beach toys for the kids . The beach was super close , just a short walk . The up stairs area does get a little warm . But over all I would definitely stay there again and the owner always responded immediately, Thanks Mrs Sharon for sharing your place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. Excellent, convenient location. Pool area was clean and well cared for with extra beach towels available which was nice. The house was clean and we loved that there was tile throughout the lower floor however, the carpet on the stairs and in the area upstairs was covered in stains and just seemed dirty even though it had been cleaned. The pillows on the bed were awful (completely flat) and need to be replaced. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars.

We had a great vacation, this house is the perfect location for accessing the beach and great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the beautiful heated pool everyday! The listing says the house is 3 bathrooms, however it is only 1.5 bath plus an outdoor shower. Otherwise it was perfect for our family if all ages from grandparents to newborns. We will be back!

What a great place. We have been coming to the area for 28 years and this was our first stay in this lovely home. Great beach house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The owners were available for anything we needed. Pool was warm and clean. Walking distance to a lot of places. We loved it.

Two friends and I packed our bags from our homes scattered around the east coast and headed to St. Augustine last weekend to stay in Sharon's property. I cannot stress how perfect the location was for our group! We walked to get coffee at Kukaburra and then walked the beach each morning, and spent hours by the shaded pool together. There are two sets of patio furniture separated by the pool itself, so it felt very private even with a large group staying next door. The walls between the units are thin, so I might not recommend this location for small children who might be woken up by unexpected noises from next door. Also, the plugs are not super accessible, especially in the bathroom upstairs, but we just dried our hair in the downstairs bathroom with no trouble. Overall, this is a great property in a prime location!

My husband, kids (ages 9 & 10) and our mini golden doodle had a wonderful stay. This adorable house has very close and convenient beach access and within easy walking distance to many great restaurants. The house had everything we needed and we loved spending late afternoons in the pool. The owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great vacation. We would definitely stay again.
