Situated in Fortuna Foothills, this lovely house for $189 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A beautiful one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in a quiet picturesque neighborhood in the foothills of Yuma Arizona. Just a short distance to the Colorado river, and 25 miles to the sand dunes, it is the perfect desert escape. The master bedroom includes a KING size bed, two dressers, TV, large walk in closet, and private bathroom with double sinks as well a large soaking tub and separate custom tile shower. 2 guest bedrooms first with a KING size bed, TV and walk in closet with dresser, second bedroom contains two TWIN size beds, closet, small dresser, and plenty of room for air mattress or crib if needed. The guest bathroom also has two sinks and a tub with shower. The home includes a large washer and dryer in laundry room, large kitchen with 5 burner stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. We do not have cable TV, but we do have HBO max, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu for your entertainment. The living room has plenty of seating with a leather sofa and over sized chair w/ ottoman, the dining area seats 6. For families with small children we stock a porta crib and booster seat. The large yard has a covered patio with a pool (not heated so very cold in the winter time), and a built in BBQ. Renter will not have access to garage, however there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The house is situated near many conveniences including restraunts, golf courses, a Fry's grocery store about a mile away, and close freeway access . Come enjoy a desert sunset or two at this quiet retreat.

The place was very comfortable. Everything we needed. Used the pool far more than we expected. Spacious, well stocked kitchen and dining area. Would be comfortable for an extended stay.

New to the VRBO experience, thourally enjoyed our visit. The home was clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. Had one issue .. maintenance, things happen but property management was there immediately and was resolved. Don't hesitate on this lovely getaway. Neighborhood was nice, everything convenient. This home was lovely. My brother, sister and I came to Yuma to visit our grandma and this home was perfect for our visit. Her home is small and it was very convenient to pick her up and bring her over to our rental. The pool and outdoor space were amazing and we really enjoyed it. If it’s available when we come back next time we’re definitely going to stay here again. Thank you.

The house is wonderful and very clean. It has comfortable beds and everything you need. We loved the back yard area with the pool and the grill. The pool was cold because it is not heated, but we still really enjoyed the pool which has a fun slide. This is an especially fun place to stay, if you have kids.

Gorgeous home in a upscale neighborhood. Beautiful pool with a heavy duty slide, that was a complete surprise to us, as we saw no pictures or mention of it when we booked. Our hostess and her manager were immediately responsive to all our questions.

We loved the location, the beautifully decorated house and yard, and all of the necessary kitchen items to prepare meals. Everything we needed was there! Our older kids enjoyed their rooms and the open central space was great for keeping everyone together.

My wife and our four adult through teen daughters did a fun southwest road trip and wanted to get a few days to relax and swim on the tail end of the trip. This property worked out perfectly. The property was just what we were looking for. Stayed for 4 weeks and were so busy that we wished we could have stayed longer. Possible suggestions for better stay; remove swinging doors in mater bathroom and have solar blanket for pool. Overall great experience and would definitely book again.

Bedding was wonderful. One suggestion to the owner.. The commodes are short (not ADA) and they should be provided with grab bars on the walls next to each one. (kinda hard for old geezers to get up off the throne). The kitchen and all other amenities were spot on.

We stayed here with our 4 children. In laws who winter nearby joined us during the day for great meals and board games. The home had everything we needed to cook, and be comfortable to include pool towels, laundry soap etc. The home was modern, very clean and accurately described. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO's in some pretty fantastic places. So, we never expected one of our favorites to be in Yuma, but this one was. This such a great house. We are a family of six, and the house was set up perfectly for us. It was so spacious and comfortable, and everything from the furniture to the pool just felt so clean. But, what really impressed us about the house was how the host had obviously put a ton of thought into making everything as convenient as possible for renters. They have instructions on everything that needs instructions; they have commercial soap dispensers in the showers stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash; they even have a special dispenser of 3-in-1 kids soap set lower in the secondary bath for the kids. The pool was very clean, and the kids loved the water slide. If you have a family and need a place to stay in Yuma, you can't go wrong with this house.
