Located high above the Dunsborough town site, Bron-yr-aur is a 3 level residence that offers amazing views of the Dunsborough Township & Coastline. Whether your holiday consists of exploring the beautiful native bush of the South-West or relaxing, Bron-yr-aur is the property to cater for your needs. The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs you'll find the master bedroom, en-suite and open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and sitting room that exits out onto the balcony where you can enjoy those amazing views. Included in the living area is a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player all with surround sound. Your heating and cooling options are covered with reverse cycle air conditioning and a pot belly wood fireplace. The two levels below include 3 more bedrooms, main bathroom, laundry and a second sitting area with it's own flat screen TV, DVD player and even a bar fridge. The kids bunk room has additional couches where the kids can relax and play their electronic gadgets, without upsetting Mum and Dad. Set just off from the main house is an enormous 8 seater spa that can be enjoyed all year round. Heat it for the cooler months or cool it down for a refreshing splash during summer. Just a small walk from here is a separate BBQ area. *Third Bathroom has been locked off due to water damage affecting the electrical wiring. *This property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults at one time

We had a wonderful stay - the location was amazing! There’s no better view to wake up to. The bedrooms were lovely, the family areas were warm and welcoming, and everything you could possibly need was provided. Only improvement that could be made - have the down stairs bathroom functioning.

Great property, awe inspiring views and central to attractions around dunsborough. So much room to be a large group and plenty of lounges to laze on. Loved that there was seating at the dining table to match the number of people it accommodates which isn’t often the case. Good quality furnitures that were all comfortable. We loved the hot tub! Had a roaring fire each night with all wood provided. Such a pretty spot and adored all the bush surroundings and quirky corners of the gardens.
Couple of issues that don’t spoil the holiday but might need addressing - there is a rat in the home that left droppings and ate any food left on the bench top at night! The power kept tripping out which affected the water pump as well. To reset we had to traipse through the bush in the dark. No lighting around the spa area (or at least we couldn’t find any)makes for potential hazards at night. Lower floor bathroom drain was blocked with what looked like tissue and hair , I really nearly gagged to clean it out!
Overall though I would rebook again and again such an ideal and magical home for an escape! We all loved it

We were so overwhelmed from the moment we arrived by the beauty of this property. It was exactly as pictured if not better. The View was amazing and the home was beautifully maintained.

We have stayed at this beautiful location on a previous occasion, so we knew what a fantastic property it is. Everything was as we remembered, but we thought that we should let it be known that we found rodent/mouse droppings on the dining chairs each morning. No creature was actually sighted, but the droppings were there each morning. Our getaway was not hindered by this problem, and I guess in the bush it is expected. Perhaps traps could be set in secluded positions to deter these creatures. 🤷♀️ We did not leave any food or scraps out overnight to encourage them, and we couldn’t find evidence of how they entered the house. We were very pleased with the improvements that have been made since our last visit, and would be more than happy to return again. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing weekend. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Perfect getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here. The view was beautiful and the spa was welcomed in the evenings. Temperature was perfect. BBQ in the separate gazebo area was a great conversation area. With 2 families there were plenty of unique spaces that gave everyone space to enjoy the holiday. Hope to book this property again.

Everything about this house was perfect. Could've easily stayed a week to really appreciate all this house has to offer. The view was amazing, the location was close to the town yet so serene, and the house itself was stunning, the photos did not do justice. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

My girlfriend's and I had a mum-cation and this house was perfect! We arrived and it was just cozy and cute with hidden delights in every corner! The view of the ocean, the gazebo chill area, the large hot tub, the balcony it was endless joy all weekend.
The bedroom on the top floor can be a little bright first thing in the morning but the sun coming in was warm and relaxing.
We loved our stay and plan on making it an annual affair!

Excellent house with a great view
I was pleasantly surprised by this house, considering it is a lot cheaper than others in the area. It was wonderful for our group of 8 adults. Only improvement would be more lighting outside near the spa.

Great house great location
The house is quite old and needs some work to upgrade it. Doors were dirty and the carpet definitely needs to be redone. We enjoyed the view and the hot tub (when it was working). We had the call and ask for some wine and champagne glasses which should have been included, we had nice champagne to drink and had only plastic cups provided. We had a great stay overall, loved the fire place.

Lovely comfortable accommodation
Lovely cozy house in a beautiful setting, tranquil with lots of bird life.
Bathroom and carpets could do with an update but this doesn’t affect the experience.
Upstairs fireplace works beautifully and heats up the whole area.
Hot tub works really well and we loved it! Would suggest the hot tub cushions get replaced as they fall off and are damaged but it doesn’t affect the functionality of the hot tub.
Would love to come back again soon, perhaps in summer.

Great place but would be better for summer. Down stairs areas were so cold. Kids loved being able to expose the bush area surrounding the property.

Such a beautiful spot. Crisp white linen and towels. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in whilst on Holiday. Beautiful surrounds and so close to everything.

Older style property
We enjoyed our stay but the whole property needs some TLC. It needs a good cleaning inside and out. We went to wipe down the benches and nothing to use. The mould on the downstairs bathroom blind was very awful to look at. Because of the weather the first night we had cold showers as the booster was not on. We could never let your young children sleep 2 floors down from psrents and also in winter that room was like an ice box. One positive the beds were comfortable. Would we stay again...yes but only in winter as the fire is a major plus. This house is perfect for the serenity and watching the sun come up in the morning was beautiful.

What a beautiful place. Suitable for two families easily. Especially enjoyed the birds in morning, and a night time spa with the moon overhead. Beautiful views and everything you need to keep a family watered and fed. Great location. We will be back again.
