Situated in Quedjinup, this charming house for $351 per night is a great option for your next break. Kinfauns is not available for Leavers Bookings. Kinfauns is a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy. It is a stunning architect designed house designed around a contemporary interpretation of traditional rural style, with a strong emphasis on relaxation, comfort and convenience, nestled in the beautiful natural environment of Yallingup Hills. Connection to the outside enables visitors to be immersed in the natural environment whether inside or outside with regular visits from kangaroos and many birds of the diverse bird life of the southwest of Western Australia. Kinfauns is very well appointed with WiFi connection. The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The centerpiece is the open plan living, dining, kitchen area. Spacious and beautifully appointed featuring a living area with TV, DVD and Bose entertainment system, eco fire open fireplace, expansive dining table and fully equipped kitchen with a chefs stove and double oven. Wide sliding doors open onto a large alfresco deck with an electrolux BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The house is designed around passive solar heating and cooling, but also has ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. A self contained Guest Suite sleeping two people, with bathroom, lounge, TV, DVD, and kitchenette with reverse cycle air conditioning is also available as additional accommodation at an additional cost. Kinfauns is conveniently located a few minutes walk between Petra and Yallingup Wood Fired Bakery, five minutes drive from Yallingup General Store and less than 10 minutes drive from Dunsborough. Only a few minutes away from the many wineries, restaurants, bush walking trails, bike trails, beaches and surf spots of the region. Kinfauns is a place to stay and enjoy or venture from and return to relax.

This house is actually better in real life than it's photos. The location is beautiful, the house thoughtfully put together, every thing you could possibly need to be very comfortable is available, well styled. The owner clearly cares about the upkeep of her property and the comfort of her guests. Sitting on the deck with a morning coffee watching the kangaroos jump around was a highlight for our overseas guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A spectacular and unique house, in a truly Australian setting. The host was extremely helpful and generous, adding many little extras that made our stay even more memorable. From a huge range of art and craft activities to sporting equipment and board games, we were never short of fun. The house is well balanced with many peaceful spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. It feels luxurious but also homely and interesting at the same time. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We all loved our stay at Kinfauns. Beautiful home in spectacular surroundings. The attention to detail is second to none. Loved watching the kangaroos and cockatoos while having our morning coffee. Very close to everything the area has to offer. Would certainly recommend the property for a very relaxing stay. Can't wait to return.

Great property that felt like a real getaway being in amongst the kangaroos and pretty trees. Loved the outdoor fire place and closeness to Dunsborough and Yallingyup. Will be back!

Kinfauns was the perfect stay. When we first walked in we were blown away by the view. The property was so clean, spacious, with great facilities, and super comfortable. And the furniture was so beautiful! The back of the property was amazing! The kids spent most of the time outside playing and exploring, then in the evenings we sat around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. We even had a family of kangaroos visit and some cute little playful possums later in the night. We really didn't want to leave! We will absolutely be returning. Thanks Sue 😊

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Susan’s property, if we could have extended we would have done. Such a peaceful and relaxing location, the decor is mesmerising - an adventure in itself. The naturescape play area and craft activities for kids, along with all of the games and other activities are well thought of. The local produce and supplies throughout the house are a good insight into the quality of the region. Loved having a coffee with the black cockatoos each morning, star gazing at nighttime and waking up to the sunlight. Words and photographs honestly do not do this place justice, we’d return again time and time again.
Note for families travelling with young children who still daytime nap it may be an idea to pack a blockout cover for your travel cot as this property has an abundance of natural light.

The house is lovely and the property is stunning. The owners clearly have great taste. Great location, good beds, showers, amenities etc. I could go on but anyway I'd give it 6 out of 5.

My wife & I together with our 2 adult daughters stayed for 5 nights at Kinfauns. The 3 women in my family can be very "particular" in regards to accommodation and to hear them say "Wow" when we first opened the front door says it all. The home had everything we could ask for and more. It is very spacious, comfy beds and pillows, ceiling fans & air con in each room and heaps of storage space. Super large bathrooms and laundry. The kitchen was fantastic with all the utensils, appliances etc you could ever need. The pantry was also well stocked with all essentials.
The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure everything that you could possibly need is provided for. Even had mosquito coils for when sitting outside on the back deck whilst watching the kangaroos graze at dusk.
The property is well located - 7 mins from Yallingup Beach and close to numerous wineries and restaurants but secluded enough to feel like you're in the country.
Great communication from the owner incl. easy instructions how to get to the property and where to find the house keys from a locked box.
In summary, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this fabulous home for a week away in the lovely South-West. We hope to be back real soon.

What a beautiful property. We attended the region for a wedding this week and Naturally Kinfauns was absolutely perfect. Great location, 5 minutes to yallingup general store, 5 minutes to dunsborough. The property and back deck were a great way for the group to get together. This house also has king and queen beds which is great for a group of adults. A great stay, would recommend.

This is a second time here for our Annual Girls Trip. From checkin in to check out everything was a breeze. Sue is an amazing Host and was easy to contact when needed.
Property is clean, bright and so spacious. The toiletries are top notch. You need for nothing is this house as everything you can think of is supplied.
We can’t wait to get back next year for our annual trip.
