About this house rental
Situated in Pierpont Bay, this attractive house for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. STVR Permit Number 2160 Beginning May 1, 2021 our beach duplex will re-open for vacation rentals. The price quoted is for both units. For your privacy, we do not rent our units out separately. This unique four bedroom, two living room, two kitchen, and two bath charming vacation home provides everything an extended family, or friends traveling together could want. The top floor boast beautiful coastal range views from the upstairs expansive deck off the kitchen. Both units provide a relaxing ambiance with updated floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen cabinets with plates and utensils, cookware for appliances, and comfortable furnishings with a nautical theme. There are separate entrances to each unit, but both can share the privacy of a garden courtyard and patio with a large fully enclosed fenced in yard. It is only a two minute walk down our lane to one of the most beautiful life guarded beaches in California. Our vacation home provides a two car garage plus extra parking (comfortably four to five cars). In the garage, you can store your bikes, surfboards, and boogie boards. We'll provide the sand toys, beach umbrellas and a few chairs.

everything about our stay was perfect! The location and the deck were our favorites and we had everything we needed to entertain our twins! The sand pit was a big hit and the beautifully landscaped yard were an added special touch. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Check in was easy and smooth, and the place was clean. Kinda no frills, which was nice because we pack heavy and it makes it easy to round up our stuff without it getting lost in a bunch of clutter.

My sister and I stayed here with our 4 kids and it was exactly what we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Steps from a very quiet and beautiful beach and walking distance to many conveniences, including the state beach with a great outdoor food truck-style oyster restaurant. Very close to a cute downtown as well.
The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We all slept very well—even the kids! It had a spacious deck that was great for catching sunrises.
Our host was great. Very helpful in answering all our questions and generous with her time. And check out was a breeze. We would absolutely try to stay here again.

We were in Ventura for a Bridge tournament at the Marriott. This property location was wonderful because we could walk to the hotel & also be close to the beach.

This place was perfect for our family since there were two separate units. It's just a short block from the beach and walking distance to shops and eateries, as well as an easy hike to the pier. It's in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Our host was responsive and communicative. Definitely would come back.

We love the Pierpont area and San Buenaventura beach. This would be a good place for a couple families wanting to vacation together as it’s actually two apartments.

This stay was amazing! The units were perfect for multiple families. We flew in from GA and stayed on the bottom and my brothers family flew in from CO and they stayed on the top. It was the perfect set up for having two families (from different time zones) stay together. Both kitchens were fully stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and bedding provided. There were beach chairs, toys, a cooler and other items for the beach provided as well! The kids loved playing in the sand pit in the backyard and there was ample hang out space for the adults. The units are bigger than pictures lead them to be and that was a wonderful surprise! The couch on the lower unit is a pull out! The beach is a very short walk down the street. Our 4 year old carried his own stuff and had no issues. There are restaurants and stores a block away, making this property perfect for a family vacation. Communication with the owner was super easy and she even helped us with a tiny problem at the beginning of our stay! If we ever have to come back for a family gathering THIS will be the property we book! Recommend 1000%

Perfectly situated.
This was an excellent venue for a family reunion. It was close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The listing provided a private getaway that was enjoyed by the youths as well as the adults. Definitely would recommend.

Great Property!
This is a great property! Lots of outdoor patio space and VERY close to the beach (about a 2 min walk). Other restaurants (including In N Out) are a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent! I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

We had a great vacation in this rental. The separate units make for a great set up if two separate families are going or people want some privacy. As the other reviews said, this is a prime location and so close to the beach. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is definitely quiet. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Would definitely love to rent again!
