The Apartment is located in the second row of Playa de las Canteras, in the street of Secretary Padilla, 22, (Los Olivos Apartments) Near the beach of Alcaravaneras, Corte Inglés, Supermarkets, Central Market, Health Center, Pharmacies, Banking Entities, Post Offices, Shopping Centers, (Las Arenas Shopping Center and El Muelle Shopping Center). Pier, a few minutes from Santa Catalina Park. Many Restaurants, Exchanger (Bus service to the Airport and Bus Services in general). Bike rental points, taxi stops, Las Canteras beach is the main urban beach in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Frequented throughout the year, it is the beach preferred by most of the city's inhabitants and foreigners who visit it, who can enjoy it at any time of the year thanks to the mild climate. The owner is a wonderful lady , who looks after her flat so we'll . Very clean place , near seaside and supermarkets Got everything you need. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy your lunch .

The landlady is a very nice woman, always ready to help. Loved all the shelves and cupboards to keep stuff. Everything was nice and clean but there was a musky smell in the bedroom, which I mentioned to the landlady.
All in all, I can recommend this place and it is good value for the money.

Für das Geld kann man nicht besseres erwarten
Wohnung ist recht klein, Sachen sind aus 70 Jahren, denen Funktionalität nicht immer gewährleistet ist Wasserkocher tut, was er will :), Stromsicherung fliegt raus bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung von Herdplatten und Waschmaschine. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe. Also Wohnung (Apartment ) können wir nicht empfehlen, wer aber für 200 Euro die Woche keine zu große Ansprüche hat, ist hier genau richtig!
Gute punkte sind, Wohnung ist nur 2 min. von Strand entfernt, und die Besitzerin ist sehr Hilfsreich gewesen
PS. Falls mit Mietauto dann unbedingt Garagenplatz bei Vermieterin reservieren, da der Platz für das Auto zu finden ist, wie den Lotto Jackpot zu knacken!

The location of the apartment is just great: The beach is directly next to it and everything you need is reachable by foot (supermarkets, shops, bus stations, etc.). Therefore, it makes a great headquarter for day trips and discovering the beautiful island.
Inma is a great host, very lovely and welcoming. She really cares about the people staying there and regularly asked us if everything was alright. When we had to leave earlier due to personal circumstances, she was extremely helpful and uncomplicated and made everything easy for us.

La proprietà era molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La host è stata super disponibile e ci ha anche aspettato fino alle 22 per fare il check in. Ci ritornerei!

Relax Total
Llegamos alla propiedad un Domingo y Immaculada non esperava ya Abajo para entregarnos la llave y explicarnos Los detalles, un detalle muy importante es que no nesecitas comprar nada para El aseo personal ya que todo lo encuentras en el y quando decimos todo es todo.
Y lo mas importante de todo es que existe la posibilidad de parking que EN la zona es un lujo a un costo muy abordable.

Anfitriona Inmaculada genial
La Anfitriona Inmaculada es escantadora te ayuda en todo. El piso es antiguo pero esta limpio y tiene de todo, wifi incluido que va muy rápido. Esta cerca de las canteras, supermercados y farmacias.

Si es por mí vuelvo
Marido: le gustó la cercanía pero no le gustó ni la limpieza ni que dejara 2 papeles de baño para 14 días y unas cuántas cosas más entre ellas el aparcamiento no había así que cogimos el garaje pero no esta muy cerca del edificio. Por otro lado A mi me gustó la zona y el alojamiento pero mi marido puso mil pegas. Inma fue muy amable educada. La avisé porque me surgió un problema y enseguida estuvo allí. Yo volveré porque me encantó tqnto la zona que tienes todo cerca como el trato que tuvimos. Es muy buena anfitriona y además a mi con tanto trajín para arriba y para abajo con las cosas se me hizo super tarde y no pude dejar la casa como me hubiera gustado

La estancia ha sido muy buena. Apartamento céntrico, muy bien equipado y cerquita de todos los servicios. Recomiendo contratar el parking y despreocúparse del coche .

Das Apartement ist kompakt, bietet aber alles was man so braucht und ist sehr sauber.
Es befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Las-Canteras-Strand entfernt in der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bushaltestellen..
Die Vermieterin, Inmaculada, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Appartamento perfetto
Siamo appena tornati dal nostro viaggio e la permanenza è stata ottimale. L'appartamento è pratico, comodo, funzionale, posto in una posizione perfetta: molto vicino alla spiaggia di Las Canteras e al supermercato, non molto distante dalla stazione dei pullman che collega alle altre località di questa bellissima isola. L'appartamento è pulito e fornito di tutto, non manca davvero niente, è ideale per 2-3 persone, confortevole e areato . La padrona di casa, Inmaculada, è stata fin dall'inizio gentilissima con noi, spiegandoci ogni cosa nei dettagli e restando sempre al nostro servizio per chiarimenti e aiuti di ogni tipo. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza bellissima!

Amazing apartment and location
This apartment had everything I needed for a self catering holiday. However the location is even better. Walk around the corner and there is the beach. You are also surrounded by shops. The only down side to my holiday was that I slipped on the stairs and broke my wrist. I contacted Inmaculada, who came straight away. She was absolutely amazing and stayed with me the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she checked on me every day. A super, super lady. Will definitely be returning. Las Palmas is amazing too and so was the weather.

It's with a sad heart that I write this review as Inmaculada was one of the nicest people I have met. Even though she had injured her foot and was on crutches, she came to our assistance on more than one occasion.
The apartments position is first class for foot access to the beach and city.It was very clean and tidy. However it is small, big enough for two, but three?? Also it is tired,the linens were so old we had to buy a bedsheet. The bed was so uncomfortable that we had to use the mattress from the sofa bed on top to make it usable.
The kitchen is functional, nice fridge freezer and two ring hob/microwave. But again tired and everything needs updating.
The bathroom again was functional, but again desperate for a little TLC.
I feel mean in commenting on these issues as the cost of the apartment was not exorbitant.
However the main problem with the apartment is its neighbours from hell !!! The people in 502 came home most night's/ morning around 3am and made so much noise as to wake not just us, the rest of the block, but the dead! Inmaculada came to our rescue and reported this to the apartment residence committee and their landlord. But until this is sorted I would not recommend anyone stay here until this is rectified.
Again I would like to say that the apartment with a little time and money spent on it would be wonderful. With new neighbours it would be great! This along with Inmaculada would make it first class.
