Excellent location. Nice rooms, comfortable. Like the fact they have places for plastic, cardboard etc Fab roof top bar, the views are amazing

Thought I might get BBC news on the TV but no.....so,watched the Spanish 24 hour news and tried to figure it out....🤣 Netflix available though

We enjoyed the stay a lot

the location is great. the stuff is very nice and helpful. Good price/quality ratio. I highly recommend this place :)

there were no place to dry the laundry, however, there was a washing machine in the room. the bathroom was full of water after showering. would be nice to have a couple of hangers for bags/jackets next to the main door

Plenty of space, very clean, great location. Very nice roof terrace. Bar in hotel was very nice but not open very often Lots of equipment in apartment, washing machine, dryer etc would definitely recommend even with negatives below !

Extra charge for cleaning and change of towels and sheets. It was cheaper to buy new towels and washing machine helped. No outside space in apartment.but we knew that... "pool" on roof terrace at hotel was like a fish tank :) very little space on that terrace but apartment roof terrace very nice to have.

pleasant stay which could have been very good if it was not for some shortcomings

The location, nice, modern , bright apartment . Spacious and comfortable

No cleaning and change of bedding was included for a 23 nights stay. Although there is a washing machine / dryer in the apartment, no change of towels and bedding was supplied, meaning that one had to wait for towels to wash and dry before one could wash. When asked for an additional set of towels and bedding , we were told that we had to pay for this. This was a major let down. Additionally, it would have been useful to have an indoor clothing rack to avoid using the dryer for almost 6 hours, which is not environmentally friendly Kitchen utensils were very minimum ; for example there was not a pasta colander

Great accommodation in a wonderful location - 4 single beds not an option despite being listed

Amazing location, well furnished and secure accommodation. Modern feel to the apartment and the option to use the hotel facilities associated the apartment complex was great (especially the rooftop bar). The lady who was working on reception was friendly.

We booked a room with 4 single beds, only to be told they don't have apartments with this layout - we'd booked this accommodation specifically because it was 4 single beds (so we didn't have to share). Odd that this is advertised but not an option

Superb

Location was fantastic right in the centre, close to the beach, close to the marina,bus station and city life.Apartment was spacious,clean and bright with all equipment you might need on a few days trip.Being in city centre apartment was very quiet.There was access to the great bar and pool in the bex hotel itself with fantastic views at night

Shower head and silicone needs changing in one of the bathroom.

Great Apartment close to city public transportation.

The apartment was exactly as described. quite spacious with a good kitchen with enough disease for two people. the bed was comfortable and although the property is on a busy street, the apartment was quiet with the windows closed. The location was good for connection to the bus station. we took the aeroporto bus from the airport and it was less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There were two supermarkets very close to the apartment as well as several restaurants. A bonus was a washing machine that we didn’t know we would have. We stumbled on a main shopping street not far from the apartment which was a plus. We also walked easily to the beach. All in all, great location, even if the street itself is quite nondescript.

A few small things missing in the kitchen. Nothing big, but it would have made it a perfect stay, if there were a couple of dish towels, a dish rack and a few tea bags, coffee and sugar. Small touches that would have made a difference for me. other than that, great value, very clean and comfortable.

Great stay

Modern beautiful apartment in a great location a short walk from the beach. Everything was within easy reach with lots of fabulous bars, restaurants & cafes around. Apartments were very quiet with a nice roof terrace to relax in the sun. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again !!

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything including washing machine and a dryer. It is in a nice location close to the beach and many restaurants.

Not offering any free cleaning service for a 7 days stay is not acceptable. Even when they don’t need to do it necessarily every day, at least every 2-3 days cleaning should be included given the price.

Appartement was overall big spacious and clean. They prepared the extra bed as requested and we were able to check in early as we had a kid. .The bed was very comfortable. The space in the apartment The natural light coming from the windows. The kitchen facilities The washing machine dryer. All was new and well maintained The apartment location

They need to check the shower cabinet door (bottom isolation) because water spill onto the bathroom when taking shower. Clean deeper the shower cabinet bottom corners. Curtains in the room should have been changed before our check-in.

Very good

If you search for an alternative to a hotel room, this flat is really good. The flat is well equipped and you can stay there at least with 4 persons. Beeing in the middle of the harbour and the beach, it is a fantastic starting point for activities. In a some minutes walk you even reach the coach station that gives you the chance to use the coaches to come to the airport or to Laspalomas.

The flat could have been decorated more cozily.
