Very good

Good location, very close to Las Canteras beach. The room and bathroom are a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

You can hear some noise from the street early in the morning. Also the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning on this site The staff told me at the time that they don't have air conditioning, they don't advertise as having air conditioning and they were only putting it in, our room apparently was the only room with air conditioning... Anyway they did provide us with a fan because it was very hot at the time, there was a heat wave!

A Splendid stay

we are happy to have chosen this hotel, very kind and super helpful staff, rooms always clean and tidy, a hotel with attention to the smallest details that stands out from the usual and boring hotels. A special thanks goes to Andres who are been available at any time and for anything.

Exceptional

The staff and facilities of the hotel were great. Very clean and a great location for Las Canteras.

There was a heat wave and we had a room without air conditioning, which made it kind of hot some nights. However, the staff was accommodating and gave us an extra fan.

Good location for a day exploring the city and time on the beach.

The hotel is close to the beach and this makes it easy to find food along the front area of Las Palmas. The Hotel felt like new as it appeared to have been newly decorated. A big lounge downstairs could be used by guests if required. The staff were friendly too.

Not having staff on the front desk all the time meant that it was challenging to access the property on arrival out of normal operating hours. Better advice upfront about how to access the building is needed so that customers are not stranded outside with no way of contacting the owners. Although not advertised, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room so that milk could be stored for a coffee or tea, as there was no food offerings on site.

I would come back to this hotel!

Everything was great, staff was always with a smile on their faces, easy check in , good communication with Andres who is always at your disposal. Location is great, close to many amenities.

The place is very clean and comfortable, you'll get the instructions about how to pick up your keys from the box in your Whatsapp before your arrival so you don't need anyone present at the reception. The owners are there in the morning for check-outs and later in the day they are somewhere nearby so in case you need anything, you can reach them by Whatsapp. The location is great, close to the beach with a lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The only little detail that could interrupt someones stay is that the rooms are not completely soundproof (at least our room was not - room 101), in case the neighbour guests are louder, you can hear it. But otherwise the stay was great and I would recomend this place to anyone!

Cozy vacation In the heart of Las Palmas

Great and nearby beach location in the heart of Las Palmas, really Nordic stylish and felt like home. A quality for the money paid was valued. Good to check in and get into the hotel with a door code. One of the cleanest areas plus rooms I've seen for a while.

Hard to tell anything to not like, maybe an option for a breakfast?

Great little hotel

Cool and cozy place to stay in Las Palmas!

The location is amazing! Super close to the Canteras beach, with many nice restaurants and bars around. 15 mins walking from the main bus station to the airport and very well connected with the main roads that lead out of the city if you rent a car. The hotel itself is very nice as well - the room was super comfy and clean, the common areas very cosy and the owners are extremely fast at answering any questions you might have :))) SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Strongly recommend this place for a city break in GC.

The roof terrace is by far the best part of the hotel. You can spend some time there relaxing, playing some board games or chess. The room is big enough with quite comfy beds. The bathroom provides large shower cabin.

I liked everything! It will be awesome to have some coffee available to buy. Also, a vending machine for drinks will be appreciated. Unfortunately, the stores nearby are not open after 10 PM.

Lovely clean hotel, close to the beach with helpful staff.

Very clean, lovely friendly helpful staff, very close to the beach. TV with Netflix available for when you just want to chill in the evenings.

Would be nice to have somewhere to have coffee in the morning in the hotel, or have a kettle in the room to make your own coffee or tea.

Very relaxing time at a 'no-fuss' hotel. Guests let themselves in an out at will using a card key.

This hotel is perfect for anyone that needs to do a bit of work at the same time as having a break. There is a both a roof garded (well shaded) and the Hotel lobby, both of which have quiet areas. Personally, i did some work each morning and went to the beach (only 200 metres away) each the afternoon (when temperature is higher). The arrangement was perfect for me.

There was nothing that i did'nt like.

Very good

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, and the price a bargain. The lack of human interaction was a big plus as you get a code to retrieve your room key.

The area is a little noisy. No mini fridge to keep drinks cool which would have been very useful. Be aware there is no A/C.
