Al mirar por la terraza se veía las canteras y eso para mi orientación me tranquilizó. Había detalles como capsulas de café agua chocolatinas etc

Very good

The location is just perfect, very close to the beach, supermarket and also to the bus station from which you can go in most famous cities at Gran Canaria.

The lady at the reception doesn’t speak english at all. It was really hard to communicate.

Excellent choice!

good value for money at this little hotel with an eye for detail, situated at literally 2 minutes walk from the Canteras beach. The staff was friendly and attentive; the rooms were bright, very clean and well equipped with up-to-date appliances (I loved the coffee maker!) and they even had a tray of goodies upon arrival. I also liked the fact of the separate beach towels. I would certainly book again!

I wouldn’t recommend it’s not value for money

The cleaners come daily to bring fresh towels. The coffee capsule and chocolate bar is a nice touch for arrival. I was allowed to check in early which was fantastic and a great help

The location is good it’s near the beach, restaurant, supermarkets etc. but as a female solo traveller I didn’t feel safe at night therefore didn’t go out after sunset. The shower is tiny I’m small but if you weren’t you would struggle. The air con is extremely loud. The cleaners set up outside the solo ground floor rooms so the noise is chronic from early hours. Altogether the noise from 6:30am onwards was not okay and it was difficult to sleep. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean, the shower was grim, the soap in the shower kept leaking, the shower doors were faulty, the cooking hob didn’t work when I brought it to the staff attention they didn’t have much to say or do to sort the issue.

central located, the internet was fast, room cleaning service available everyday, air conditioning in the room, very friendly staff, easy to check in and out, 24 hour reception, hot water without problem, a small kitchen and a private bathroom, cutlery and cooking plates even a microwave (basically everything you need) available in the room, comfortable lightning

the double size bed is basically two small beds joined together, a bit uncomfortable but i guess it’s like this everywhere

Really clean and light.

I chose this apartment for the air con - however it wasn’t working and this meant I was too hot, especially through the night. I had to leave the balcony door open to get some cooler air and this then made noise. I would not book here again due to this.

Exceptional

Very well furnished apartment, clean and well equipped. One to one as in the pictures. There were even sweet snacks, water and coffee waiting for us at breakfast. Daily cleaning and change of towels are a plus! The location is very close distance to the main promenade, close to most attractions. Very nice beach nearby. The hotel also provides beach towels.

The problem of finding a parking space was very real. Despite several streets being excluded from the paid parking zone, the turnover of cars was so bad that it was nearly impossible to find a spot. Even in the parking zone. There are also parking limits, such as a 1-hour maximum. However, you can leave your car at a nearby parking lot, with which the hotel has an agreement and offers a discount when left for at least 24 hours.

Friendly welcome at reception, good info on transport. Very nice welcome goodies, teabags, cafe con leche, biscuits, water. Good location. Clean & comfortable.

Bathroom & shower was quite small/compact.

Would definitely recommend

Really great location close to amazing surfing area Las Canteras. Very clean rooms fitting everything you need including kitchen. Also the personal was super kind and nice.

Excellent location for me as it was close to where my extended family live ,close to the beach/shops

My family booked me into the hotel but were staying elsewhere. Was impressed by the small kitchen area and appliances provided Enough to initial tea,coffee, croissants, water to start off my seven day stay Easy access in and out with two electronic cards provided on arrival

I can’t think of anything as it met my requirements

Cozy budget apartment.

Really nice conversation with Carmen. Kitchen was well equipped, room was cozy, hot water .. everything is over my expextation.

Wifi connection was unstable for a while and suddenly went well.

It is a very clean place. Good touch for details. You can request the room to be cleaned by pressing a button on the wall which is a nice touch. It is very close to the beach and parking.

Warm, helpful and accomodating staff (both management and cleaners), constant investment in maintaining and improving the building and facilities (from previous stays in this hotel prior to the pandemic), excellent location, safe and clean place.

Comfort of the bed (matress) could be improved. Matress wasn't firm enough or had been used too much and not replaced - Matress was bended in the middle and caused me back discomfort and woke me up overnight at times.

For a two star apartment hotel, the facilities, slick open-paln design, roominess and everyday cleaning make this place look and feel like at least a three-plus star establishment.

Great central stay near beach

Great location. Seconds from the beach. Liked YouTube / Netflix in the tv for rainy days in! Liked the coffee machine and coffee provided. Was peaceful and I could hardly hear other guests which normally annoys me.

I wish the coffee got replenished everyday!!!

The apartment had a great location, and also it was completely renewed and beds were very comfortable, we had very good night's of sleep since our room wasn't noisy at all. It was also super clean and staff were very friendly. I would go back for sure.

It could be improved in terms of storage, it's not very comfortable if you are two people staying there for a week. The wardrobe is small and the kitchen doesn't have too much room either to move around.

The room was spacious and nice and the location really great for me. Staff were polite and helpful.

I used the kitchen appliances and washed up every day but there was nowhere to put the dishes etc. when drying, and some days the cleaning people didn't leave tea towels which made it difficult to use the kitchen. The complimentary tea and coffee were not replenished despite the fact that I stayed for 6 nights.

Friendly staff! Nice and clean appartements on a top location. Loved it and I definitely recommend this place. The only downside is that the apartment is very-very tiny (compared to the online pictures). :)

Superb

very nice, modern looking apartments with an elevator. Great location and nice view. Very nice service, they clean up your room if you want them to. The kitchen is small but also modern, we stayed for ten days and had all we need! Would absolutely recommend :)

you can hear your neighbors loudly, also when they're cleaning up it's really loud through the walls At night you can hear the cars from the street and other noise from outside very loud. But the beds are so comfortable, you'll just sleep right through it!
