The location is perfect for us. 2nd time visiting.

Could do with a few more cooking items such as small frying pan as only 1 large pan. There was also a strange smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodorant

The property is easily sufficient to be a base from which to enjoy Las Palmas. Good quality bedding, towels and enough kitchen equipment to self cater. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water.

Great location. Can reach everything by foot. Free beach towels.

Cant expect more from 2 star place. Little smelly, squeaky bed, mattress has done its job a while ago as you can feel springs. Maybe 0 star sound isolation, can hear everyone who went to the toilet and what a neighbour is watching on a TV. As we had a room closed to stairs, and head was 1 m from the room door we heard everything who opened the main door and took a lift. Probably we had same bedsheet and duvet cover for 7 days.
