Let Us Tell You About This Home: There is a private fenced-in exclusive outdoor area with a gas grill - perfect for the grill master of the group! Enjoy the outdoor dining table within the fenced area or sit back, relax and roast some marshmallows with the kids over the fire pit as you people watch on Sea Street. When you enter through the back door you will be welcomed into the main level with a newly-updated kitchen open to the cathedral ceilings above and the adjoining dining area with fireplace! Off of the dining area, you will find a separate "coffee bar" with convenient shelving and storage above and below. The living room offers a flat screen TV, two couches and two chairs. Completing the main floor living space are two full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 features a shower and is located off of the side entry door neighboring a laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs are the three bedrooms-all with A/C. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and Bedroom #3 has 1 Queen and 1 Full Bed as well as a Flat Screen TV. This updated Dennisport vacation rental is a comfortable place to enjoy a Cape Cod Coastal vacation - It even has a fully-enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off in after a fun day at the beach! Be sure to check out all the area has to offer- including the reimagined downtown Dennisport area for dinner, coffee or shopping - "Lobstah On A Roll (BEST lobster roll on Cape Cod)- The farm stand offering fresh veggies and corn on the cob! Owner-Supplied Guest Welcome Bag Included: A large reusable tote with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning supplies (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. There may be guest spots at the complex as available. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. The house itself is very nice and walkable to the beach. The ice cream place down the road is great! Just know this rental is through a rental property rather than an individual. One thing I did not realize before booking was that we would have to either rent our linens or bring our own, which we chose to bring our own. But they did communicate well and we had a lovely stay!

We loved the location! Walking distance to Sea St beach, the Pelham House, Sundae School, Chapins fish & Chip, the Wee Packet, Wooden Shoe and more. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the outdoor patio and outdoor shower. Thank you!

We loved the location and the property. Walking to the beach and showering our grandsons in the outside shower after the beach was ideal. Also walking to the Sundae School ice cream parlor was high on the list of after dinner activities.

Overall the house was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize that both bathrooms are on the first floor until we arrived, an oversite on my part. It would be helpful to have a shade on the door facing the parking lot for privacy with bathroom right there. Also, shades in living room are completely see thru. But house is very cute and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again.

This was exactly what we needed! As listed—the home was clean, open space, and close to everything. It was absolutely perfect for our gathering! We especially enjoyed Sundae School being so close. And we enjoyed some phenomenal sea food from Wee Packet and several other close, amazing restaurants. Thank you!

Neighbors peeking into the kitchen window, dirty mattress covers, kitchen counter with big burn marks, upholstery disgustingly stained, patio furniture rusted and browned and overgrown yard. Really bad maintenance.

The house was clean, large, and comfortable. The beach down the street was easily accessible, and we visited other beaches in the area as well. It’s a great property for multi-generational trips. So much close by and such a beautiful place!
