Situated in Dennis Port, this attractive house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This house is directly across the street from the Corsair and Cross Rip hotels. All you have to do is cross the road and jump onto your private beach! This house was completely renovated in 2016. A Brand new modern kitchen with island that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 6+ overlooks the open concept family room. The Kitchen and dining area have direct access through the large glass slider to the outdoor deck. The new bathroom features a double vanity sink and bathtub for families with little ones. There is a hot tub and outdoor shower located off of the back porch. New patio furniture and stainless steel Weber gas grill. Bedroom #1 has a full size bed with TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with TV. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin size convertible sleeper chair. Linens – Bring your own or use those we have provided (sheets, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels). For your convenience we offer a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, 46 inch high def flat screen TV, two 40 inch TV's, cable, x-box with games, iron and ironing board, air conditioner window units in each bedroom and family room, outdoor beach toys and boogie boards.

I cannot even begin to express my love for this home. This home allows for greater entertaining, the best backyard and supreme beach access. Kelly’s home is warm and inviting, absolutely everything we dream of. This is our second year here and we hope to come back year after year

The house is in a perfect location! Just as pictured! Plenty of parking and room for activities! Kelly gave detailed information so check in was easy and we knew everything about the property!! It is basically steps from the private beach! This is a perfect Cape Cod rental!

This was our second year staying for two weeks at the property. Was extremely responsive and wanted to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. The location can't be beat as it is literally across the street from a private beach and the yard is wonderful. Hoping to go back next year.

A beautiful home nestled near the ocean. Great proximity to beach, and restaurants. My group enjoyed paddle boarding one morning- a short drive away. The outdoor shower was a great bonus. Lovely backyard, enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the deck! Great spot for families or small groups looking for relaxing getaway!

Location relative to proximity of the beach was key. The outdoor living space (deck and backyard) was where we spent most of our time. We all enjoy cooking and the kitchen was beautiful other than the lack of cooking pots and pans.

Small but Well maintained home. Easy beach access. Awesome outdoor shower. Door lock was a problem. Beach chairs were well worn. Washer/dryer impossible to figure out. Overall a wonderful property.

This house was fantastic! Clean, updated, wonderful large backyard including hot tub. We had a minor issue on the second day, but within 15 minutes of notifying the owner, she was already in the works to fix the issue. And...it is very close to the beach. I normally prefer the Dennis beaches on the north shore due to seaweed, but the beach this house has access to is relatively seaweed free. Loved it, would definitely love to return. Thanks so much for a great week!

This was a lovely home and the perfect getaway for my family and I! We have been coming to the cape since I was 12 weeks old and this year I was able to bring my son to experience the Cape as well! This was the perfect spot with the beach just at the end of the road and an amazing fenced in backyard. Everything we needed was available, the home itself was truly lovely, and we will definitely be back!

I can't begin to express the perfectness of the week spent here. Everything from the house being BETTER than listed, to the cleanliness, to the ease of check-in (house was ready EXACTLY at 3PM), to the comfort of the bed and furniture...it was a fantastic week with the family. You couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was very clean and not crowded. Kelly was lightning fast in responding to any questions or concerns we had (which were none!) - the consummate home owner. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. Thank you, Kelly!!! May see you again next year.

We basically spent the weekend commenting on how perfect the house was. The kitchen is beautiful, the yard perfect for a dog, the couch was just right for watching movies, and only a block from the beach! We had a great time and would definitely come back!

We had an excellent getaway weekend! the house is mint and had everything we needed and more! Only a quick walk to the beach, beautiful deck, and fenced in yard was so nice for my dog, not to mention a hot tub and always love an outdoor shower. Everything was great, Kelly is an excellent host and super responsive! Hope to stay again in the future!
