We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Le Resort & Villas in Phuket, and our honeymoon became even more special because of the amazing people we met there.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. D and Nah, who made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed from the very beginning. Their smiles, kindness, and hospitality gave us a beautiful first impression of the resort.
A very special thank you goes to Mr. Will, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He helped us so much, especially whenever we faced any problems. He was always ready to listen, find a solution, and make sure everything was taken care of quickly. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience.
We also really appreciated how responsive and responsible the entire team was. Whenever we needed something, they did their best to help us immediately and made us feel that we were genuinely cared for.
What touched us the most was that the team didn't just provide us with a place to stay — they became part of our honeymoon memories. They left a beautiful fingerprint on this special chapter of our lives, something that my wife and I will never forget. ❤️

This should be in the what I didn't like column
My room was next to a lorry service depot, which had lorries coming in all night long. It was so loud that it felt I was sleeping next to the engines.
I told the staff about it and they acknowledged it and have told the lorry company. Obviously nothing has been done and the resort continues to sell four rooms v11-v14 which are right next to this depot.
The room is definitely not for the elderly. The spiral staircase is narrow and one could slip especially heading to the toilet during the night
Definitely some health and safety issues here and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Management did nothing about my complaint about the noise from the lorry depot. Says a lot about attention to service.
