Frühstück ging so. Käse war ungekühlt. Es war kein trinkbarer Kaffee zu bekommen. Eier wurden frisch gemacht.
Keine Lounge oder Bar. Pool zu warm (!).

Отличное, уединенное, тихое место. Удобно, что одноэтажные номера и вход сразу с улицы, кажется, что живешь в своем маленьком домике, где есть всё что нужно. Огромная кровать - отдельный большой плюс! Спали втроем с ребенком и всем было комфортно.
Постирать вещи можно в отеле бесплатно.
Красивый чистый бассейн прямо на выходе из номера, удобно, что в нем есть отдельная зона для малышей.
Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный к просьбам. Убирались хорошо. Каждый день на человека дают бутылку воды. Пляжные полотенца можно взять на ресепшн и менять там же по мере необходимости.
На завтраке есть из чего выбрать.
Если нет своего транспорта, то может отвезти тук-тук из отеля куда угодно за небольшую плату (по сравнению с такси).
Положение отеля далеко от всего, без транспорта лучше тут не останавливаться (если не планируете большую часть времени быть в отеле).
Завтрак хороший, но быстро надоел, тк одно и то же каждый день. Спустя 5 дней мы перестали на него ходить и стали ездить в кафе.
За 9 дней ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. Уверена, что они бы это сделали, если попросить, но показалось странным, что замена белья априори не осуществляется за такой срок.

Amazing property , perfectly located especially if you plan on renting a scooter , if not maybe 15 minute walk to main part of town.

We stayed in a normal room with shared pool access , perfect size everything almost brand new - new mattress also.
Staff will organise bike rental to come and deliver bike at good cost - no problem on return
Food is good in the hotel.
Highly recommend for short or long stay we stayed for 2.5 weeks.
Recommend the restaurant beside 7/11 shtani I believe it’s called
Laundry was free which was perfect as we were training Muaythai 2 times a day

Wir sind das zweite mal hier gewesen und rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt (mit Roller). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Die Bungalows mit Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool haben eine gute Größe, selbst mit zwei Kids. Es ist ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Selbst am Pool waren immer nur ne Handvoll Gäste.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Scharfe Kanten und fehlende Fliesen im Kinderpool.

Nous avons aimé notre villa placée au fond de l’allée mais nous n’avons pas apprécié le comportement du personnel quand nous avons souhaiter emporter le petit déjeuner qui n’est pourtant pas exceptionnel à nos enfants restés à la villa puisque fatigués ! Impossible d’emporter un bol de cornflakes ni même un morceau de pain !! Quelle honte tout ça pour finalement le jeter , le personnel m’a barré la route comme ci j’étais une voleuse .

Lady Naya, è una piccola gemma situata a pochi km da Rawai. Abbiamo soggiornato una villa privata con 3 camere, 3 bagni, area giorno ampia e piscina privata. Nonostante la villa sia privata, Lady Naya è anche un’hotel, perciò si usufruiscono di tutti i servizi, come le pulizie giornaliere, la colazione, la reception 24h, guardiano all’ingresso.
Tutto è stato fantastico, pulizia, servizio, le ragazze della reception così carine.
Lady Naya è lontana dalla confusione, ma dispone di 7/11 a 2 minuti, ristoranti e centro massaggi a 2 minuti. Un’auto o un motorino sono assolutamente necessari.
Grazie per la fantastica settimana ci avete fatto trascorrere!

It was clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable rooms was a very good size with amenities. I liked the WhatsApp message system they have adopted. We stayed in a pool villa with shared pool it was very tranquil and relaxed. The breakfast was good that was delivered to the room but a Tea Pot would make things better on a morning.
1. You’re in the middle of nowhere so be mindful if you don’t have your own transportation, a taxi costs around 250Bt to go anywhere and I believe the hotel also as some sort of transportation.
2. Food stops at 7pm so no room service or shop within walking distance
3. Checkout was at 12pm and at 11:30 we had room service waiting outside to get in a simple message would have given them notice we was leaving at 12pm
These are all small points overall we enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend

1. Very beautiful villa with private pool, quiet and clean;
2. Good facilities such as indoor breakfast, and extra service if you order indoor food or massage with reasonable price;
3. The most important part is the staff is very kind and helpful, the security is trustworthy and feel safe with the hotel. I was hurt by the sea urchin in my own trip, the staff proactively provided vinegar and guided me how to cure this. Thank you so much!
If you don’t plan to drive or motorcycle. Then it’s location will be a bit to cost for taxi.
10 mins drive to Nai Harn Beach or Kata Beach.

Beautiful villa setting in the quaint Rawai area. The clean, private pool enclosed with the villa also offers a great respite from the heat of the day, or when returning from the beaches. There is breakfast and room service available, but there are plenty of f&b options nearby ... though a bike or car is required to reach them as the main road isn't pedestrian friendly
If there is to be any dislike, perhaps the number of cats roaming the ground, a few who scared us in the middle of the night. But they look well groomed and cared for

Villa concept , feels more private even if you get a single bedroom unit . Helpful reception that assisted during check in and even when I went for yoga , located close to restaurants and cafes. The Villa provides a small fee for dropping off and pick up nearby with their tuk tuk. Well equipped room with everything you need which would be good for longer staying guest .
Nothing , just to note that breakfast is not included in rates . However with the location plenty of great cafes to be in the morning .

Very spacious and able to park the car right in front of the villa during non-peak hours. They are so kind to also shelter 27 stray cats in total so you’ll be able to see them roam/rest around.
The roads leading to the villa is not well-lit at all so its quite a struggle going home at night

Everything was great - staff is very warmhearted and always willing to help.
Room was spacious and just a step away from the pool - and the room was perfectly clean everyday (roomkeepers really do their best).
Nearest shop is like 2 minutes ride away with motorbike, street with restaurants and massage saloons is like 3-5 minutes ride away and some of the beaches are really close - like 10-15 minute ride with motorbike.

We had an issue with the taxi pick up, and although upset, when we called the hotel, the person that answered the phone remained kind and caring.
But as such, they continued. When we eventually arrived at the hotel, eveyone was really kind to us while they made a really kind gesture to offer us a free breakfast to remedy our discomfort. That was above and beyond that nowhere else have met. All the people working in this place, from the manager to the kind person driving the tuk tuk, everyone was amazing to us. More than that, the place is beautiful, clean and serene near to the market and the beaches. Highly recommend and if ever visit Pukhet in the future, Lady Naya Villas will be our choice! Thank you for everything - cheers from Greece 💗

The staff was amazing! Super helpful and the amenities were great. Like arranging the rides for us anytime we needed. Everything was really clean and if you feel like cooking you are given all the supplies you need. Staff was just a text away and provided speedy service.
The bed wasn't super comfortable, the TV was static on some channels and when you first walk into the villa it's extremely hot. I would suggest turning the fans on prior to the guest getting there. But the bedroom ac worked great!

Great big villa. If there are any questions, the staff always solves it. The staff is polite and smiling. In general, everything is fine.
There is nothing nearby. a shop or a coffee shop starts from 2 km from the Villa. Wi-Fi did not work very well, only in the kitchen.
