Super quiet and so many cats <3 and close to everything you need by scooter. We got upgraded by the lovely staff and ended up staying for 6 weeks. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Phuket with our family. We really enjoyed staying in the family villa with the kids. The cleanliness, the staff’s service, and the peaceful atmosphere were all excellent. The best thing I can say is that we will probably come back to this hotel next year.

It is located in Rawai, about 2–3 km from the beach. We had no problem getting there by taxi. However, if walking distance to the beach is important, it might not be the best choice.

The villa itself was nice, contemporary and clean with a comfortable large bed. The pool was a good size. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The tuk tuk service , small charge (although limited service).

The location - it was a long way from any beach. Some shops and eateries were within a reasonable walking distance but the road to the shops was busy and without pavements. Certainly wouldn't attempt walking it at night. We didn't want to hire a bike or rent a car so we were dependent on the tuk tuk service or cabs. The tuk tuk service runs, subject to availability, until 7pm at night (although if coming back from Rawai, only until 5 pm). The tuk tuk will take you to the nearest 7/11 or Lotus Fresh, Nai Harn beach and Rawai. Although breakfast was good, other available snacks/meals weren't so good. Mediocre. The pool is very nice. Note - there are approx 8 sun loungers around the pool. Fortunately, the pool was never busy when we used it, and there were always loungers free to use. Note : there is ongoing construction work directly behind 3 or 4 of the pool access villas. We were initially allocated one of these villas, but moved to another when we expressed our reservations. We appreciate the staff's help with this. You need to sign a breakage policy on arrival . Unfortunately we accidentally broke 2 drinking glasses, cost us approx £10 ! Essentially, we should have taken more note of previous reviews regarding the location. If you are happy to rent a bike, or hire a car, it's probably not an issue.
