We had a great stay here. They very kindly upgraded our room when we arrived, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was also really good, with a 7 Eleven and some nice restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but they have a shuttle service shared with the hotel across the road, which was really helpful and made getting to the beach much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
There wasn’t really anything negative about our stay.

This property is in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, massage etc. There is a large kitchen you can cook in but no fridge, so you need to keep your food in your room in the small fridge. Free water was nice. They give you nice big beach towels. Rooms have safes, which is also a bonus.
The photo on booking.com isn't the hotel, its the restaurant beside the hotel. This hotel is trying to achieve a boutique look, but falls short. The beds are rock hard, even for Asia. Staff seemed very inconvenienced by asking for help, no TV unless you have netflix. Its on a very noisy street, so if you are light sleeper, don't book here. For the price I paid I could have had a much nicer hotel in Kata Beach.
Again location is great.
