It was clean, staff were great and so friendly. Great location too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back ☺️

The property was very well-maintained and clean. Our 2nd time staying here and the facilities are very well kept.

The resort has a beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient and worked well for exploring the area and visiting beatiful Kata Beach. We liked that the hotel was modern, stylish, and generally clean.
There were ants in our room during the stay, which was disappointing. At breakfast, birds were eating directly from the buffet, and although we informed the staff, the issue was not addressed. Because of this, we chose to eat only from indoor plates the following day and skipped breakfast entirely on our departure day. Even without the birds, the breakfast quality was rather mediocre.
The hotel also requires a cash-only deposit, which felt inconvenient. Considering the overall price level, we expected a higher standard, particularly regarding hygiene and food quality.
