It is the most cozy place I’ve stayed during my trip in Thailand.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, the room and the public area are very well maintained and clean. The curtains block the sunlight well. Very comfortable and relaxing.
I had a wonderful stay here! Will definitely come back!
The street is busy at night, inevitable since it is close to the beach. Better to prepare earplugs.

Really good location for Kata beach, having the 7/11 downstairs was so handy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the super smiley staff were so nice and helpful.

For the price: amazing bed! Nice shower! Very good breakfast. Great location
Rooms towards the road might be noisy, but ours faced behind and we slept very well
We knew about this earlier but still the stairs are quite steep so its a bit anoying on check in and check out but doesnt bother much during the stay. Todlers need to be careful or carry them up and down might be anoying

Ok size room, ac working properly, decent breakfast included
For the price I paid I would have expected a bit more flexibility instead even though the hotel was not full I was not allowed to check in even 1 minute earlier (despite being pregnant) and I was allocated a room with 2 flight of stairs which again it would have been nice to have some consideration
