We had a wonderful stay at Centara Kata Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a spacious family room that included a separate living room area.
The resort has three pools, and we especially enjoyed the adults-only pool, which was peaceful and quiet. The property is very family-friendly and offers something for everyone. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options.
The location is also excellent, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach, which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again when visiting Phuket.

Very happy with this hotel great staff very helpful. Place could do with a bit of a refresh. But above all very family friendly hotel.
