Superb location, close to the beach and right at the food market. The room was facing the other direction though, so noise was no issue.
Room itself is very well equipped.
Room wasn't quite ready at earliest checkin time, whilst staff were already cleaning the room before last checkout time, but these were minor inconveniences.

Location was good, room was spacious
The most uncomfortable matresses I ever slept on in my life, so hard they gave me back pain. Owner should fix this (at least in room 4)
