1. Friendly staff at the reception (!!), always ready to help
2. Good location (5-7 mins to the Kata beach and 15-20 to the Karon beach (it's clearer and better))
+ the night market is also 2 minute walk away (you can find street food and fruits there)
3. Currency exchange in the hotel (favourable exchange)
4. Pretty popular restaurant
1. Bad cleaning service (sometimes the staff forget to leave personal supplies) and the shower wasn't properly cleaned
2. In the restaurant you can meet an middle-aged waiter who is quite unfriendly with guests. Once we witnessed how he made a mistake by taking order and then he was pretty rude with customers who pointed out his mistake. All in all, he apologized, but still...
We had a dinner once. The dishes were delicious and prices are good. But we didn't want to visit it again because of him.
3. The same situation is with the driver. First of all, the taxi service provided by the hotel is expensive. We booked the taxi from the airport to the hotel and it cost 1200 BAT (we arrived almost at midnight). The driver looked like he did us a favour and as though he had done it for free.
From the hotel to the airport they wanted 1000 BAT for transfer, but we managed to find a taxi for 850 BAT (2 minute walk from the hotel and the lady was pleasant and friendly as well as a driver)
4. Some rooms face the fence. But on the other hand, it's better than to observe a construction site from the balcony.
