Kan absolutt anbefales på det sterkeste

I det man går inn i lobbyen får man en god følelse. Personalet er imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Ingen vonde opplevelser fra dette hotellet. Relativt god avstand til stranden og kort vei til butikker.

Bylivet er litt under pari mot det vi har opplevd andre steder i Thailand. Synd dette drar ned opplevelsen av hotellet.

Great location, although Kata was very busy and a lot of traffic. We prefer a quieter location.

Lovely, friendly staff. Our children loved the pool and buffet breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and even sang my husband Happy Birthday! Perfect location and super comfortable beds.

Small improvements needed

The location was fantastic the staff were great the pool areas and bar were very good.

The room we stayed in was for 4 people but only had a 3-person sofa,and only two chairs to sit on the balcony, Some mornings, the buffet breakfast was bland.

Great location and value for money

The rooms were clean and the location was great. Buffet breakfast was OK. We booked the 4bdr penthouse, which was actually actually 2 x 2bdr apartments across 2 floors with an internal private staircase connecting them.

Firstly, when I booked I asked if all bedrooms had TVs. I was told yes, but that was not the case. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms had TVs, although there are 2 lounge rooms with TVs Secondly, the maintenance of the private plunge pool was poor. There were loose tiles that were super sharp. My daughter (20 year old) cut her knee on one and we ended up in hospital, as she needed 4 stitches! Upon explaining the situation to the hotel staff, there was no apology or accountability. No empathy shown whatsoever. We raised this again on check out and they eventually said they would take 10% of the final bill (which was only 200 baht). Anyway, I just wanted to get out of there. Thirdly, as a result of my daughter’s cut leg, she had trouble walking around. So we organised with the hotel staff for some assistance to get a plate of food from the buffet dinner that was in 1 Jan 2024 delivered to our room for her dinner (which we were paying for). Well that was a debacle! Lastly, there was not a lot of options for lounging by the pool. Based on the size of the hotel, the pool areas were small and guests would put towels to reserve the spots early on and not move all day (even if they come and go), they keep towels on the lounges. I have seen other resorts work this better with limits. Eg can’t keep your spot empty for over one hour or the towel gets taken off. The lounges on the 1st floor pool are a strange shape, that is they are in half recline and you cannot adjust it at all. so can only really sit/lie on your back.

Fräscht, fint och väldigt bra läge med en night market på en minut avstånd. Tre pooler, perfekt gym och super god frukost! Rekommenderar!!

Liked it but wouldn't stay again

Great location for Kata beach. 3 pools to choose from. Like the option to have 2/3 rooms in apartment. Nice bathrooms in flats. really handy for Kata night market and loads of foodie places.

Didn't think the breakfast buffet was worth the money. We had Xmas dinner package at the hotel, they seem to do a few good deals on specialist meals like a Friday steak night etc. However, I did notice one of the waiting staff come out of the loo when I was in bathroom and didn't stop to wash hands! When you check in they take a deposit of approx £100 which you get back if no damage done in room. Bit of a weird set up! I thought the bedrooms in our flat were very small. You couldn't even walk around double bed to open/close curtains. The Ovo? Hotel seemed to be in a better location although haven't checked room photos out in detail.

Amazing stay!

Stayed in the Two Bedroom Deluxe room and it was really good value for its price. It was really clean, location is convenient and ALL staff super friendly and helpful! Would def stay again!

Very good

Apartment was very light and spacious! Location is perfect as just step away from night market and all restaurants . Close to the beach .

Could be more choice for a breakfast. An extra charge applies for a coffee.

Nice breakfast. Pleasant room. Long swimming pool & kids swimming pool. Most of all, great location!!! 10min walk to Kata beach! Many places to eat and shop around. Night Market was fun and exciting.

Not many staff were smiling. Lack of service mind.

Would stay here again!

+ Decent space + Clean and modern + Solid amenities, althought th gym equipment needs to be fixed and upgraded. + Staff + Location + Great value overall and better than many 5-star hotels

Minor issues: - No double glazed windows so occasional noise can disturb - Construction going on often - Garbabe emptying around 4 woke us up several times (could be fixed with better windows).

Great location. Clean room with comfortable bed and fab shower. Breakfast was OK with plenty of choice.

Used the material /disposable slippers in the room. Thought at the end of the holiday that I would pack them and re use them as after wearing them a week they were personal to me and I'm sure no one else would want to wear them. On check out a man was waiting at our room door. He phoned to reception and said a pair of slippers was missing... I was dumbfounded...

Friendly staff. Super value for money. Lots of eating places & massage choices around the property. The 3 bedroom suite is recommended for a family of 6.

Disappointed. Never again.

Clean. Very friendly staff.

For two persons the unit is too small to stay longer than one or two nights - we stayed 24 nights! If I could have canceled I would have left the next morning. Not enough space for anything. The balcony is the worst. Both A/C units are installed on the same balcony with the ventilation facing you - so you get to enjoy the full heated airflow. Also bare in mind you are facing the balconies of the hotel rooms are just a few meters away - not much privacy. The only luck was that during our stay in August 2022 not many tourists were booked. Another negative point is the kitchen. You only have a small fridge and the stove is not connected. If you like a cold shower in the morning or during the day this is also not possible. For some reason the water was always lukewarm. And last but not least the WiFi network was a pain in the … The login procedure required you to login every morning again. This was especially tiresome while I was using my AppleTV as it required an authentication each morning on an iPhone/ iPad where you could not even save the login credentials. The apps on the TV itself I was never able to get to run.

Pretty great choice, not located in a very active street

The room was really great, actually an appartment. Just lacked power plugs. WC also great. The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice It was calm and peaceful The rooftop pool had a decent view, despite not facing the ocean

Breakfast wasn't buffet, probably due to low attendance. Nonetheless it was pretty good! The hotel is located in a street that is basically dead, just a few shops/restaurants. About 5 min walk to some more active streets
