Good breakfast, ice cold AC in the rooms and a friendly staff.
Nothing bad about the property. It’s just a bit older with a simple feel. Could use some updates. But it was clean and the staff was accommodating. Kids were bummed the water slide was undergoing maintenance as well.

Staff every single one of them was amazing
Always kind and happy to help. Front desk and breakfast staff are incredible people.
Room was a bit outdated but in good condition and amenities were good.
Breakfast was good.
They for sure need more cleaning around the pool area during the day there are a lot of guests and it tends to get messy throughout the day.
They need more cleaning ladies for the room at times our room was made after 5 pm.
They need overall maintenance to be a bit more hands on
Condition of the hotel is not bad but elephants around the pool were broken.
Lights around pool and elephants were broken.
Grass in the garden was higher than it should be.
There was only one slide in the all hotel and is actually under maintenance till 25 th August. That wasn’t optimal.

Location and nice staff
Too pricey compared to similar options. Facilities were a bit overly used (one could see already the years of usage) and some parts were a bit of dirt. Food and drinks also quite more expensive than nearby restaurants.
