Amazing staff who are always willing to help with anything, the apartments are excellent, clean and comfortable, the gym on site is very convenient
The faucets in the bathroom sinks are probably the only downside; splash water everywhere

Welcoming and accommodating service, good quiet location but still close enough to amenities, spacious and comfortable apartment with washer and kitchen, great gym.
Pools were a little small, food at both restaurants was passable but not great.

Parking for cars and bikes is available. Friendly and great staff, that want to help you. Late checkout. Gym is nice and better equipped than in other hotels, but lacks some machines. Rooms are nice. Plants around the hotel are nice.
Air Conditioner unit outside on balcony is extremely loud. You can hear it inside, especially in the bedroom at night. If you want to be on the balcony, you have to switch off the AC, because it is too loud. There are 2 indoor AC units, the one in bedroom was too loud, so we turned it off; the one in the living room was fine. There is a property with a garbage pile located 5-10 meters from the hotel and a lot of rooms have the "garbage view" which is disgusting!!! Our first room had the garbage view, after our protest to stay at that room we got one where the garbage was hidden by trees. This is a NOGO and should be fixed!!!! Breakfast was not at the level you would expect for the price of the hotel. Danish stuff was bad, there were about 10 tables, we have seen not more than one couple at the same time like us, but the buffet was partially empty at all time. Also, breakfast should start at 7:00, but the buffet was not fully available until 7:30. So if you have to leave early, you would not be able to have a breakfast. As the hotel is advertized as an sport hotel, the breakfast could be more healthy could have more variarty. Not all Breakfast dishes you see in the advertising pictures are included in the price, chia pudding for example is charged extra (around 120 baht for a small glass). Some dishes you see on the pictures are not available. The gym has no pulldown machines for lat training.
