Very nice hotel. Even though this is a 5-star hotel, there are a few things I would like to mention.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean. In some hotels, you can see little marks or signs that the rooms have not been properly maintained, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The toilet was a big plus, by the way!
The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I have to say, this was definitely the highlight of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome.
The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and spending time by the pool was definitely not a punishment. It was actually one of my favourite parts of the stay.
I do have a couple of remarks. The menu, both food and drinks, was overall quite expensive compared to what you would expect from other 5 star hotels. I tried the Thai street food 1 for 1 option. The food itself was delicious, but the way it was presented was quite different from what I expected based on the menu. In the end, we often chose to eat outside the hotel because we could get similar food for a much better price elsewhere.
The pool is nice and relaxing, but it could definitely use a little more maintenance and cleaning around the sides.
Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cleanliness and friendly service are very important to us, and this hotel definitely delivered on both.
Overall, I would definitely give it a 9/10!

Lobby area and swimming pools with restaurants are nice
rooms are very outdated and old, also elevators are so dirty, it needs some repairs

Breakfast was very good, offering a large range of foods to cater for all cultures. The breakfast area has both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff are very friendly and always wanting to help their guests.
There is nothing that I could complain about.

One thing I really liked about the property was the breakfast. The food was great, and the staff in the breakfast area went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Most of the staff are very respectful and polite
One thing I didn’t like about the property was the bathroom. The tiles were stained and looking brown and didn’t look clean, and it didn’t feel good having to stand barefoot in there to take a shower.
