fantastic, intimate, lovely resort.

Everything. Jin & the staff were there when we arrived & helped us settle in immediately. The pool was really refreshing & the location was really good. We are planning another stay & would recommend Phu NaNa to friends.

It was fine accomodation in Phu NaNs. Clear pool, frendly staff, fine cousine, best walking location to Rawai seafood market/restourants & free transfer to Nai Harn beach. Very positive 🙏🏻

Not a good value for money

The location is good and staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The check in and check out was smooth

The condition of the room is just terrible. The room needs to be renovated first

Exceptional

We stayed for 5 nights, enjoying the private place with hospitality, breakfast , pool, and cleanliness .It's definitely a worthwhile stay A recommended place to patronise if travelling with families. We wish to come back in 2 years for a holiday again .

It was my best experience so far!!

It was very clean and the mattress was so good. All the staffs are friendly and kind, they do whatever you ask for. the room is big and excellent!

you can hear the noises from the outside even though you’re in the hotel room and closed all the doors and windows.

Our stay was wonderful the staff is really friendly, nice and helpful!

The property was very nice and unique. We loved the pool they have a side that is not deep for the children my 4year old son and 1 year old baby loved the pool.

the beds are really firm.

Very close to Rawai stadium and 10 minute drive to best beaches in south of Phuket.

Hosts were very good, helpful and friendly. Helped to organise elephant trip and gave food market advice. Very friendly hosts AAA***

excellent clean facilities in a family run hotel which was in an ideal location.

the pool was very clean and right outside our room which we loved. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. particularly liked the shower room which has an inside/outside feel.

we could hear constant banging all night which we think was some kind of fruit dropping off a tree onto one of the roofs which obviously isn’t the hotels fault but did keep us awake during our trip.

Exceeded all expectations!!

I stayed here for Phuket Sandbox program. This adorable hotel is a family owned and operated property. It is very clean, the rooms are very nice, and it has a very pretty pool. What makes it stand out is the amazing customer service and friendliness of the owners. Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I will be a returning customer!!!
