Une vrai catastrophe cet hôtel. À éviter à tout prix.

Rien du tout

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Hôtel laissé à l’abandon, tout doit être rénové. Accueil catastrophique et jamais vu en Thaïlande.

La cama cómoda. La habitacion lujosa.

La ubicación está en una autopista no se puede hacer nada al rededor caminando. La playa no es una playa para bañarse. Hay olor a resumidero en los pasillos externos del hotel. El internet no sirve para trabajar desde la habitación. El cable LAN que pedí no funcionó nunca.

Heureusement que l’on connaît Phuket si non c’est pas la peine

Il ne faut pas prendre cette hôtel pour les vacances Juste pour switcher Situé sur une 4 voies On avait une chambre sans vis à vis, heureusement La piscine c’est pas la peine et il n’y a pas de vrai plage, c’est l’hôtel qui a une navette pour vous emmener à 10h30 à la plage de Rawai où il y a beaucoup de bateaux Nous nous avons loué un scooter et j’avais réservé par erreur sauf que l’on ne peut pas annuler 😳

FOOD AND BEVERAGE NEED IMPROVEMENT

Home away from home. Staff will usually friendly.

The FOOD and Beverage need more effort and improvement. The breakfast spread needs more variation from day to day. Almost Serving the same food every day for Breakfast The Ala carte Hot food served at Beachfront is cold. Staff says the kitchen is in the restaurant, which is 6 to 7 minutes away. FB manager and Chef need to find ways, examples using stove, Claypole a or insulated equipment to ensure food served is Hot. Food Service is rather slow and incompetent at restaurants during dinner hour with less than 10 guests

Very rude people and no customer service

Extremely unaccomodating. I booked in advance for one week but was not allowed into Thailand because of problems with my passport. Even before, they didn´t really respond to any messages, but when this problem occurred, and i asked for at least a partial refund (i had booked for one week, and called in before the first check in) they were absolutely rude and didn´t want to reimburse anything at all (although it was the last free room and they certainly sold it again very quickly). I would have been happy about a refund of any amount, but nothing! I paid for nothing, they got the cancellation one day before i would have stayed for a whole week, and i didn´t get a refund of even one day. Even booking.com got involved but couldn´t help me because they just refused to talk at all. They even sent a message that i had checked in already, although i never left the airport. A lot of money for nothing. Maybe it´s a nice hotel, but this kind of treatment is a no-go! Unfortunately.

Bel soggiorno nei pressi di Rawai beach

Hotel molto interessante, arrivati per caso per un problema con la precedente prenotazione. La posizione da noi desiderata era più prossima a Rawai beach ma l'hotel tutto sommato non é di scomoda posizione per raggiungere le principali spiagge. Facendo un confronto con un 5 stelle europeo diciamo che mancano tante cose, ma la valutazione della stanza é più che positiva. Tutti i confort presenti. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Bellissimo bar sulla spiaggia con offerta aperitivo 2×1. Zona tranquilla, letto comodissimo.

A colazione poca scelta di te, per me che preferisco le bevande leggere come te verde, bere tè nero tutte le mattine é stato un trauma (me lo sono comprata e portata dalla 3/4 mattina in poi) e caffè da dimenticare... Nescafé in polvere. Diciamo che una macchina del caffè anche di qualità media si potrebbe aggiungere. Non ho trovato opzioni organic e latte diverso dal vaccino. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel o non l'ho vista io o manca la Spa. In un 5 stelle mi sembra molto strano, ma non mi serviva quindi non mi sono preoccupata... Credo facciano servizio massaggi ma non abbiano un vero e proprio spazio adibito a Spa. Le pulizie un po' sommarie. La sabbia che purtroppo si appiccica ovunque é rimasta per tutto il soggiorno, nonostante stessimo attenti. Forse essendo al mare passerei l'aspirapolvere tutti i giorni...

Nice hotel but wrong location and wouldn’t stay again

Amazing room with friendly staff

The hotel is located in an isolated area and the beach that’s on the hotel is not in use but the hotel do bring you to a swimming beach from 10am - 2.30 which does make up for the lack of beach on the property . Luckily we had a swimming pool in our room as the hotels pool has no sun loungers which is strange ,also our bathroom was not clean the shower doors had grime and dirt on them and the patio doors in our room had hand prints all over them at the cost per night they are charging this should have had a higher standard of cleanliness .

כלום

היחס של העובד החדש היה מגעיל ומשפיל. הרגשנו חוסר בטחון במלון הזה. למחרת ברחנו משם. החדרים מסריחים והמיטה הזוגית מחולקת ל2 מיטות. אמרו שיבדקו את הנושא ויחזרו אלינו אבל לא חזרו. איכפת להם רק מהכסף. שירות גרוע מאוד לא ממליץ להגיע לשם יש המון אופציות טובות יותר באיזור וזולות יותר.

Super contente vu 80% moins chère sur booking

La gentillesse du personnel La chambre spacieuse J’ai demandé de faire quelque chose pour l’anniversaire de ma soeur et le lit était super bien décoré Il ne m’on pas demander un supplément pour ma fille de 9 ans

Tu es un peu dispersée entre le parking,l’accueil,la piscine,le restaurant mais bon je n’ai pas le sens de l’orientation 😂

A simple good plan

La proximité avec la plage, le bar, le restaurant, la place de parking juste devant la chambre. Le personnel très très souriant et très aimable :-)

Le manque de vue depuis la chambre qui n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif, donc très déçu à l'entrée de la suite. Si vous n'avez pas de moyen de locomotion attention l'établissement est en longueur et sortir à pied est très long et en pente donc fatiguant pour les personnes âgées.

No es la mejor ubicación en Phuket. No hay muchas alternativas para comer y para buscar tour. Lo que posiblemente se ahorra en alojamiento se gasta en transporte.

Misrepresentative Pictures

Only good thing is the room size, but this property is not worth anything over US$40 per night. I thought I was getting a good deal but ended up losing money. I checked out 28 hours early and did another hotel on Booking. So I paid for a room for nights I didn't use and I have not been compensated up to this point.

- While checking in they told me I can't swim in beach, I asked to cancel the booking. They said they couldn't and told me to call booking. - The hotel took long to respond to booking even though I advised them when booking email them (booking could not get through directly) - Hotel then lied to booking.com and said I never tried to cancel after first being unresponsive - Room smelt like vomit, except bathroom which smelt like poo and had poo stain on door. - Phone did not work for 2 days - Funny smell in main restaurants. Beach bar food served cold - Mosquito fogging started without warning, blocking me from getting to room for extended time and could be smelt in enclosed room

Photos definitely didn't reflect how it looks now. They must be old. Poor condition with missing pool tiles and deck boards dangerously warped. Breakfast was very average also

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff who were eager to assist as needed

The beds were comfortable, spacious suite. The pool is pretty small. It is not near many restaurants or attraction, can walk but fast moving traffic in this area make it potentially dangerous
