Bad

This hotel is absolutely a fraud! I booked a room for three members of my family for a week. Booking without a money refund but could have changed once the dates. When i requested to change the dates the hotel denied my request, moreover did not offer to pay a higher price for the available rooms as it was sent as an alternative in the denial message. I was with two kids asking the hotel reservation office to help us find a solution for our stay but they stopped writing me and ignored my messages.

Good

The warm inviting check in process is perfect. Front desk was very accommodating holding our luggage for us after check out as we had a few hours to kill before we headed to the airport. Beautiful view of the water.

beds are a little too firm, as are the pillows. There are a lot of stairs getting to the room. Room service is offered and speedy, however we were not provided with a phone in our room upon arrival.

Great Hotel next to Kata Beach.

We had a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool was lovely It was calm and spacious. The beds were huge, which was fantastic. Breakfast was great! Issues were resolved quickly Close to the beach and local amenities.

Some things could have been cleaned a little better, the tap in the bathroom and some dust on shelving in the main room. The kettle didn't work. Not enough bathroom toiletries provided, shampoo, shower gel etc.

Butlins ...

Leaving 😔

This hotel is like a Butlins, I'm in my 40s and the amount of stairs is ridiculous. The staff are really rude and I really didn't like this hotel.... Nothing like the pictures room was dirty and small.

Disappointmented with our stay

Room, needs updating, and general repairs carried out. Breakfast was ok

Poor response to fixing the problems and faults, that were pointed out with the room To many people smoking cigarettes and vapor smoking in the hotel grounds

Very good

The room was pretty big and comfortable, clean and had a nice view and balcony.

On your arrival they ask for a 2.000 baht "safety deposit" and basically if you do it by credit card they say you will have your money back in 45 days. So you end up giving them cash. I didn't appreciate that and would have liked to know that in advance. I don't think it's a good practice. They already have your credit card number so they should stick to that for a security deposit.

the location , the staff . the two pool areas with bars . great breakfast . The staff were amazing in changing our room to a full Seaview after our disappointment in the initial view that was blocked by a building .

our airline cancelled our flight so we arrived 22 hours late , because we had a non refundable room we couldn’t cancel the first night

Relaxing stay with friendly staff

Plenty of sun beds with no people reserving, large pool area, very large bed, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good with lots of variety

Mosquitos in the room even with keeping the balcony door closed for our whole stay, potentially due to gaps in balcony door.

Convenient Location

- Restaurants are conveniently located close to the accommodation. - The room space is also regarded as being big. - The room's exterior is lovely. - Close to the beach. Opulent breakfast

- It's not worth the cost to eat a barbecue. Not many options exist for food. - If you reside in a far-off room region, you will need to do more walking steps. - Dragging bags while carrying children is not very convenient.

Great view and location.

Location is great, Kata beach is pretty close. One of the swimming pools is open till 10pm. Lovely staff, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The view from our room was superb!

We had a bit of mixed up at the checkin… Aircon in our room was making weird loud noises from time to time, making it sometimes difficult to fall asleep…

rooms are small no good for families. I took three rooms and everyone smelled terrible like sewerage, no bar or meet up area for evening apart from the pool.

Comfortable room, good location, resort is a bit run down overall.

The room was comfortable with a great view of the beach. Bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. Breakfast was decent, standard hotel breakfast. Wifi did drop out a bit but when connected was good. Very close to the beach.

Reception staff were not great and struggled with a couple of my requests. The resort has a lot of stairs to get to some rooms (including mine which was fine for me). You can take the lift most of the way but stairs needed for some of it. My mum was arriving later that week so I asked for an upgrade for her so she didn’t have the climb as she’s in her seventies. I did pay for an upgrade for her but I have to say the room was exactly the same! Just lower down. I did think that was a bit of a rip off and access to lower rooms should be available for certain guests. I saw a family with lots of kids/cases struggle up to a top room. It should be clearer when booking how the resort is laid out. Overall the resort is also a bit run down and could do with refreshing some areas like the pool and gym.

The service was not good. Staff was sure we are not going to pay for some reason and the checkin process took almost 1 hour.

Very comfortable stay and very well located in Kata for the beach and everything else

Brilliant staff, very efficient and super friendly. Breakfast was very good and pretty varied. The swim up pools were excellent especially as they let me choose the music and put on some classic 80s .
