The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Erfurt, just a short walk from the cathedral, Krämerbrücke, restaurants, and the old town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing useful recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and is an excellent base for discovering Erfurt. I would gladly stay here again.

Staff was very nice, the lobby/breakfast area was nicely decorated and had a water machine with both still and sparkling water. Room was neat and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great with the gorgeous cathedral being right around the corner with tram stops nearby.
The room was not soundproof and noises from the hallway were very audible. Luckily there wasn't a lot of "traffic" in the hallway. Breakfast had a relatively small but still reasonable selection for the price (16.50€).

The water took forever to get hot. Some furniture was broken and the room did not look well maintained
