Location very close to Opera.
No milk for coffee - my only complaint

Very spacious room in an interestingly converted former power station right beside the Petersberg fort and its prize-winning new bridge (free to access all the outside areas and well worth a visit).
Rather a dark space as long and thin with the windows at the far end, but fine with the lights on.
Might get noisy when there was an event on at the concert venue in the same building.

None provided. Went to local bakery which was good.
At the rear of the building there are waste containers and cars parked. On the Monday morning there was a continuous loud noise from a source behind the trees above the bank. Noise permeated through the walls.
