Wonderful place to stay!
Beautiful Old English House, nicely maintained, amazing nature, surroundings for walking and contemplating the beautiful scenery! Cinammon, tea, black pepper plantations in the surroundings are stunning! The food at the place is exquisite and varied, really delicous food! The staff always helpful and really friendly !
We, 3 women in our 60’s, totally recommend this place! It is a must visit!

My son and I stayed for one night at Gammaduwa Heritage Bungalow, and we were the only guests. Nanda and the team did an exceptional job of looking after us, and we were spoilt with the most delicious and varied dinner and breakfast. Wow! We would go back just for the food. Other highlights were the relaxing verandah with its incredible views, the library with plenty of books to choose from, and the wonderful atmosphere of the place. They also do a great deal for the local community, particularly following the recent devastating avalanches.
I really enjoyed reading about David, the owner, and was sorry to miss him on this trip.
