Located in Old Orchard Beach, this attractive cottage for $353 per night is a great choice for your next trip. RARE 2 NT AVAIL: 7/13-7/15 or 7/22-7/24 only. 3+ night avail: July: 7/7-7/10, 7/29-8/1, August: 8/5-8/8, 8/24-8/31. After 9/1. Booking through October. Great location! Steps to Old Orchard St. NO CLEANING FEE-no bed sheets/towels (inquire about our linen package). 2-3 night minimum (seasonal). Five minute walk to the beach and The Pier, this quaint single story 2 bedroom cottage, 15A, named “All Sprawl Out,” is located just steps in front of our other unit, 15B (see listing # 4213508). Rent separately or rent both. 15A has A/C, 50" screen Smart TV for streaming (your subscriptions), WiFi, hardwood floors and a washer/dryer (in basement). Sleeps 5 in beds, 6 with full size sofa bed (in living room). Two bedrooms: One bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk in small second bedroom. Comfortably accommodates 2-6 people. Open concept kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably. A free-standing butcher block island has been added for additional cooking space. Dining table with 6 chairs (leaf available to expand table). Bath has a full tub/shower. Additional enclosed 3 season porch for extra dining or relaxing. Cottage is 675 square feet. Adorable, comfortable and clean. Park your car and walk to the beach, pier, restaurants and even the grocery store. Please note that we consider this property our “home away from home.” We hope that you will enjoy its’ charm, as we have in the off-season. The utmost care has been taken to ensure that you have all the amenities you need. Please care for this home as if it were your own. This rental is in a quiet family neighborhood. Excess noise or parties will not be appreciated by our neighbors and therefore will not be tolerated. No pets (no exceptions). No smoking in/on the property. Minimum age to rent: 25. OUTDOOR: Each unit has their own picnic table & gas grill. Additional shared patio with furniture and shared driveway 2 off-street parking spaces for each unit (passenger vehicles only). Cooler, beach buggy, & beach chairs (located in the basement for 15A) for use during your stay. NO CLEANING FEE: Although light cleaning is provided after each stay, there is no cleaning fee for this property provided that it is left in the same condition it is found. Tips for the cleaning crew are appreciated. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, bed sheets and towels are NOT provided, please plan to bring your own (inquire about our linen package). Mattress protectors, blankets and pillows are provided. NOTE: If additional cleaning is needed or dishes/pan have to be washed, there will be a minimum $200 cleaning charge deducted from the damage deposit. No exceptions. LINENS/PAPER PRODUCTS We ask that you provide your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath & beach towels); however blankets, encased pillows, mattress encasements and protectors are provided. Minimal paper products provided at beginning of season. Feel free to use what is there and replenish for the next guests. Please plan to bring along anything you will need for your stay. SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT is required. If a signed rental agreement is not received within 7 days (or within 24 hours for reservations made within 7 days of check-in) after it is sent via your email address on file with VRBO, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Check-in is 4 p.m.; Check-out is 10 a.m. NOTE: Strict charges apply for late check-out. No exceptions. $50 per ½ hour after 10 a.m. will be assessed and deducted from the damage deposit unless there is prior written approval from the Homeowner. This means if you check-out at 10:01, you will be assessed $50; if you leave at 10:31, you will be assessed $100. Children welcome, no smoking, no pets (regardless of size). CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. PARKING: Parking is limited to 2 off-street parking spaces during your stay. This space is exclusively used for passenger vehicles by the Guest. No other type of vehicle or item may be stored in this space. Parking on the road is not permitted. If more than 2 vehicles are found at any time during your stay without Homeowner’s permission, you will be charged $50 for each night of your stay (deducted from damage deposit) and vehicle is subject to towing. Applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest. With permission & availability, we may be able to accommodate a 3rd vehicle (for an additional fee).

This was a perfect labor day getaway for a group of five adults and a baby. We were able to easily walk to the beach and a bunch of small cafes and restaurants. But we were on a side street, so at night it was nice and quiet. The property was clean and had everything we needed (utensils, beach chairs, sand porch, etc). I hope we can come back next year.

This was our second year staying at this property. It had everything we needed for the week, including the beach buggy so it was less we had to pack. It was a 5 minute walk from the house to the pier but in a quiet neighborhood. The host checked in with us to ensure we were all set. We will stay at this property again next year. Beds were comfortable and having the washer and dryer meant packing less outfits for a family of 6.

Perfect spot
The two cottages that we rented were the perfect spot for Old Orchard Beach. A quiet neighborhood located just a few blocks away from all the central activity. Easy to walk back and forth multiple times a day with three children for the beach, food, shopping, and deserts!

It was nice to be able to make breakfast there to start our day. I especially liked it had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to do a lot of laundry when we came home. The home was exactly as listed and it was everything we needed. My teenage boys had a ball and didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the home owner! We had a great time.

It's quiet neighborhood but short walk to everything
This cottage was perfect for for my family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to do our grocery shopping and make all of our meals. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with other cottages and houses yet within 5 minutes you were on the strip with all the shops, take out spots, scooter rentals, the beach and the playground. You really don't need to get in your car to go anywhere. Jeanette was great with her communication and even sent me a message to make sure we were all settled in. This was our 4th year going to OOB and for the 1st time we found a place that we want to rent again. My sister and her husband stayed in the cottage behind ours so it was nice that we were so close but had our own places.

Just what we needed!!
Our stay at this cute house in OOB was perfect for our family of five. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and just removed from the hustle of the boardwalk area so it is super quiet. The house included everything we needed to prepare dinner at night so we didn’t have to lug our kitchenware with us. We love the screened in front porch and spent every night winding down out there. The beds were very comfortable something that is a rarity when you stay away from home. The owner Jeanette was very good at staying in communication with any questions prior to our arrival as well as the constant changing Maine COVID restrictions.
We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Very close to the main street, maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurant, and amusement park. But also far enough away to be really quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the porch in front was a good place to relax and read.

Close to everything
A great little bungalow just minutes away from all Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We had so much fun with our kids here. The property is on a nice quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, and the ocean. I really enjoyed having breakfast each morning on the patio.

This was our family’s first trip to OOB and we couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Convenient location that allowed us to walk to many restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach and pier. Home was very well maintained, comfortable and afforded plenty of space for our family of 5.

Convenient and cute!
My husband and I stayed in 15a with our one year old daughter. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach/pier. We loved the front porch and the space off the kitchen which was perfect for storing our beach bags and extras. We brought a baby gate because there is a steep step off the kitchen which leads to an open basement stairwell. Cottage had everything you could need and we loved having our family in the cottage behind us. We felt that ours (15a) was more spacious and a better set up, as it had a kitchen table and the space on the porch to eat. There were too many bugs for our little one to eat outside, we did the first night and she got bit so we would grill and have our family from the other cottage come over to eat. Jeanette was wonderful to talk to and easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend, especially if you want to travel with extended family but also have your own space- get both cottages!!

It was beautiful, and felt like going back home at the end of the day.
We had such a nice stay. The house was so cozy and exactly as advertised. The owner was super helpful in communicating what was there and what we needed to bring, and I loved the kitchen inventory list. It was situated in such a quiet, sweet little neighborhood that was within walking distance (about 4 minutes) to OOB. It truly felt like we were coming home at the end of each long day, and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for our little family
Lovely little cottage. It's a very short walk to the beach and pier. Also very close to the trolley stop so we could easily visit our relatives saying at a nearby campground. The house itself is very clean, and provided plenty of space for our family of 3. The grill allowed us to enjoy quite a few meals at home.
