Within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Palace Playland amusement park and is just a few steps from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and lobster pot. In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!
The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)
Come park your car, relax on the beach by day and enjoy nights out with live music nightly and fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!
If you'd like to venture out beyond Old Orchard Beach, The Maine Mall in South Portland is a quick 20 minute drive away. Rainy day outlet shopping is a 40 minute drive away in either Freeport or Kittery. Portland offers much to see and do, from lighthouse tours to island ferries and so many unique eateries..there's something for everyone!

The condo was beautiful, very nicely furnished, great view of the ocean. It was a front facing ocean condo. Plenty of room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice size living room and kitchen. The kitchen was very nice and everything we needed. Aimee and Gordon were excellent hosts, very good communication and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this condo. Great location on Old Orchard Beach. A good value for the price.

We had such an amazing time here! We loved the ocean/pier views from the condo. It was so close to everything. The apartment was very clean and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach toys available at the condo so we didn’t have to bring that all with us. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Great location. Place was clean and easily accessible. Rooms were comfortable and had a great view of the beach. Will definitely return next year!
