Our family has done lots of traveling throughout Europe and this is one of the most gorgeous places we have ever stayed. The location was 10 minutes away from the beach and the shopping district was also an eight minute walk. It is a pretty steep climb to take your suitcases up as taxis are not allowed to travel where we were.
Unfortunately, the fridge was not working and we tried troubleshooting it as much as we can. They were nice enough to try everything they could, but it still didn’t work for the five nights we were there. Luckily they had an additional smaller fridge in the back kitchen. we were here when it was extremely hot and the air-conditioning were available for each room however, we wish they were a little bit stronger through this heat wave.

Amazing historic building. Beautifully decorated
A steep walk to get there followed by 2 flights of stairs into air conditioning which wasn't sufficient to cool the apartment. 30+ degrees outside and a working AC would have been expected at this price

The apartment is very large. Has great showers and bedrooms are a good size.
Wonderful views.
You had to walk a good way with luggage up hill, because it is in a ZTL zone.
The windows need curtains or shades in dining area. It gets direct sunlight and heats the apartment up.

Absolutely beautiful property with gorgeous sea views. The interior was an artful mix of antique treasures with modern touches. The stunning hand-painted fresco on the ceiling was spectacular. Very spacious and quiet. Close to restaurants and cafes.
It was a task to reach the apartment from the taxi drop-off with suitcases. Many steps (2 floors) to the apartment. This was stated in the description but a little more strenuous than we expected.
