Sehr charmant gestaltete Innenarchitektur eines alten Gebäudes, zB freigelegtes Holz. Sehr gute Köinanalge. Cafés, Alfama, Bahnhof, etc. sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Sehr kleines, enges Bad. Küche, Schränke und Türen wirken wie Provisorien.

Less than 10 minutes walk from most bus, tramway and metro stations. Comfortable bed. Nice overall look of the place.
The stairs that lead to the bedroom are highly annoying and hard to handle! The big construction site right besides the place was very noisy early in the morning

Property clean and air con and wifi worked well.
Location close to national pantheon and starting point for tram 28. Supermarket and restaurants short walking distance away
When we arrived there was continous loud beeping in apartment. When I phoned up about this staff member abrupt. Asked if I had put in new batteries. When I asked where to find the batteries and where they were to go they said 'I don't know, take a photo and email and hung up! Turns out beeping coming from door to alert fact lock wasnt working properly so apartment door couldnt be locked. Finally got them to agree to send someone to fix faulty lock, so had alarm and faulty lock for 3 hours.
Didnt realise we were beside building site. Noise from 8am - 6pm. We picked apartment due to large balcony but no privacy and noisy.
No safety deposit box listed as facility. Asked where it was. Was told it was in closet. Received messages over several days telling me to look in closet. Then days later said it was mistake they didnt have one.
Be careful on stairs leading to bedroom. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and tricky getting suitcase up and down
