I liked the location within walking distance of the boardwalk of Tel Aviv's Port and not far from Cinema City, Herzilya. The room was small but clean.
The room might have been a tad larger. I couldn't charge my phone all night because the central electricity kept switching off.

Clean sheets and good curtains
Lovely staff
Nice design overall
No basic soap near sinks, kitchen not nice, and could use a device to fill water bottles (there is water by the bar but very small).
My phone fell in a gap between the bed and the wall, was extremely hard to pull out with the help of staff.
