Had a pleasant, cozy stay and a genuinely positive overall experience. The staff was cordial and the place was very clean.
My only caveat is the timing: visiting in August meant the property was packed with families and kids, which took away from the relaxed vibe

Hopeless service/staff aside from Shira at breakfast. Convoluted crazy arrangement for food the restaurant is not hotel's and trying to simply order food and a drink is a complicated affair which would wear you down
Numerous reception staff but either not trained or dont care Quite rude
I saw this as some passionate about supporting Israel's tourism and disappointed when so few arw travelling, that the staff cant recognise this and appreciate guests
My next trip in a few months but not to this hotel
