The hotel location is perfect. No need for very long rides from Cairo and can easily be a weekend stay and drive. There is no need to go outside of the hotel with all the amenities and services available. Worth mentioning the staff were being friendly and they kept calling multiple times on the room to check on us and see if anything is needed. I had only one minor comment and it was fixed right after I mentioned it. Mr Hassan ElSakka, the hotel manager, is reachable and very decent to take any notes or comments into consideration. That was my first visit and wouldn't be the last

“Location
I paid $4,500 for four days for a family of six, so I expected the villa and overall experience to meet a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, there were several issues that were very disappointing.
The villa bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, there was a broken bed left in the yard, and empty water bottles were scattered throughout the grass and around the deck. These conditions were not what I expected given the amount I paid for the stay.
I was also surprised to learn after booking that meals were not included. I asked the team if it would be possible to modify my reservation and change the accommodation to a room instead, but I was told that this was not possible.
Considering the $4,500 price for a family of six, I am very disappointed with the condition of the property, the lack of cleanliness, and the limited flexibility regarding my reservation. I would appreciate it if management could review these concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.
