Amazing modern clean place very high standards of service and friendly staff.. u feel the most special guest there .. the rooms are very clean very new and nice decorated. Very spacious. Looks better than pictures. The garden is like heaven. We loved every second there

Reception follow-up with us as we advised that we need to have breakfast before 7am, accordingly they called to make sure that this is still our choice
Breakfast is pre-set menu with sufficient quantities for person
Waiter in restaurant was helpful
After my feedback, I received a call from the hotel General Manager expressing his apologies and offering a reasonable discount on my next visit and actually I am satisfied with this apology
Although I booked a double room and upgraded to include my son 14 yrs, I discovered that my son should be counted as an adults,Upon arrival receptionist advised that he will not be charged and will be complementary.while check out I shocked as the receptionist (not the same person) advised that I am charged with additional 500 pounds being charge for my son
I didn't like this but had to pay cause I was in need to leave the facility being late for an appointment
