The location of this property is amazing! It is very central in Santa Teresa and across the street from the beach.
The facility was good enough. I think the apartment needs a little love and TLC to make it worth the price that it is. Just a few upgrades like a closet and new bedding and couch would make all the difference.

Nice little house with very nice people working there.
Beautiful outdoor shower.
The refrigerator was very loud, kept us awake at night.
The wifi was out for 36h, with was bad for us since we wanted to work.
Very noisy from the road 24/7.
So much dust in the garden and the outdoor spaces
$$$$
