Excellent location and set up for a family.
We encountered issues with payment. Prior to arrival we were told that payment was required by bank transfer, PayPal or cash as card payment was unavailable. It appears that this banking issues has been ongoing for a number of weeks. We arranged payment via bank transfer and were frustrated when we were asked to top up the payment to account for bank fees charged by the recipient bank (we did not pay). Payment issues aside this is great accommodation I would recommend but no one wants to deal with money issues on holiday!

The villas are lovely, gorgeous architecture, furniture, pool and landscaping. There are two good restaurants nearby- Cafe Social and Rocoman.
The villas were a bit difficult to find. They are off the paved road outside of town. To walk to town or the surf it was a twenty minute walk. Finding transport was difficult.
There was an issue with the villa's ability to process credit cards. We were contacted ahead of time and asked to pay cash. But the rental manager's email address does not include the hotel name. So I paid the previous hotel cash. When we checked in cash requirements were not mentioned. Then on the last day we received emails that they needed cash payments. They would not hold our credit card until they could process it and were quite insistent that we pay cash. The stress of trying to get the cash and the numerous emails cast a huge, dark shadow on our last day. Something seemed fishy.
