We had a situation where there was no electricity on our room but after reporting it it was quickly taken care of. They still switched us to another room the next day. Everyone was so apologetic.

The view and how close the beach was

I didn’t like that. We got there a little early and we couldn’t check in early, even if we asked to pay a little more so we had to drive around in our car for three hours and just sit in the parking lot and the extreme heat.
