We needed a comfortable place to stay for one night as we travelled between National Parks on a trip with our four young children. As we'd been traveling (mostly camping) for one week and still had another week ahead of us, we looked for a place where we could get cleaned up and do some laundry. LOVED that there were two washing machines and two dryers! A bed and clean towels for everyone. This place was perfect! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

The VRBO was clean, comfie, close to a great shopping area. The location was loud, however. So loud. Dogs barking all night. Speeding cars with loud mufflers.

I needed to find a place with a kitchen situation for my son's special diet needs. For the same price, you get a hotel with a small fridge and a microwave, cramped room and the usual hotel scene. This was a very spacious apartment, with full kitchen and dining area! Beautifully decorated, a lovely bottle of wine awaited me after a stressful long drive- even for just a one night stay! I will always stay at this beautiful apartment when traveling through Bakersfield.

We had a very nice stay. Gigi was very responsive. The extra touches were nice and the place was clean which is very important to me. I especially loved the Christmas tree. If we are ever back in Bakersfield we will definitely book again.

Our Group was 3 Adults so this Two bedroom was perfect. The locations was great. Very clean. Spacious 2 bedroom. Clean. Quiet. Plenty of space.

Super convenient and comfortable. It was really nice to not be stuck with a motel. Our whole family was able to sleep comfortably. The place was so well put together and clean which is so important. Wine, coffee and breakfast goodies were much appreciated. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Joshua Tree.

Gigi and family have done a wonderful job making their apartment inviting. It had the feel of a loving family home with small thoughtful touches. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the outside areas with all the plants in the evening. Would definitely recommend!

I had the lovely opportunity of staying at Gigi’s home almost a week ago. It was a great experience! Easy access and I was able to check in early (with Gigi’s approval of course). I was personally booking the property for my bridal shower. I did let Gigi know and she, so graciously, had a cute “mr and Mrs” mug, wine and dessert set up for my fiancé and I. I will can’t wait until I’m in Bakersfield again! I will for sure book with gigi
