The accommodation was exactly what we needed. It was spacious enough to feel comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent,just a 12-minute walk to the Vatican and about 8 minutes from the nearest metro station, which takes you directly to the city center. The neighborhood was very quiet, felt safe, and had plenty of great restaurants nearby.
The only downside was the pillows, which were too firm for my liking. Of course, this comes down to personal preference, so it may not be an issue for everyone.

The location of the hotel was good, and the instructions for the self check-in/check-out were clear and easy to follow. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The room was cleaned regularly.
Throughout our 4-day stay, we had to use the bathroom in almost complete darkness, using our phone torches. When we first entered the room, I recorded a video showing that the bathroom lights were not working properly and sent it to the host. She said she would fix it, but nothing was done. When I reminded her again, I didn’t receive a response for a day. Despite me explaining that I was out and had already sent a video, she asked me to send another photo. After I sent it, she simply replied “okay”, but the issue was still not fixed during our stay.
