Located in Puerto del Carmen, this attractive condo for $81 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The apartment is very spacious and the view is beautiful. From the terrace you can see the horizon completely open, overlooking the cruice ships and the ferries passing by. You are also overlooking the swimming pool and a great overview of the town. It is a top floor apartment, no one above. It is also a corner apartment. The balcony contains of two terrasses conected to eachother. One of them has sunbeds and the other one tables and chairs. The swimming pool is heated all year around. In the pool bar you can buy small meals and something to drink. In the reception you can get help to order taxi, tours or relax with magazines and books. The apartment has a Wi-Fi of its own without any extra cost. It is about 10 min drive from the airport to the apartment. Very close to the apartment it is easy to find street parking. The closest supermarked is about 1 min away, just across the street. Restaurants, shops, bars, beach are all in short walking distance. A new TV was bought Sept -19. It is a LED -TV, 43 inches. There is also a DVD player. About TV channels, there will be BBC, itv, sky sports News & sky news along with a lot of other channels from the rest of the world. The big beach, Playa Grande is within 20 min walking distance. The smaller one, Plava Chica, is within 15 min walking distance. This beach is well suited for children.

My husband and myself went for three weeks to this lovely apartment.it was clean and homely there was no negative at all. there was Wi-Fi and English channels on the tv.the view was amazing we sat for hours on the balcony.the weather was beautiful which was a bonus the pool area was great as was the pool bar.a really great holiday

The apartment was very well equipped right down to the corkscrew:) We had a quiet stay either on the terrace or down by the pool which was the best kept pool area I have seen. We had a few drinks and food in the pool bar, the people that run it are extremely friendly. The two small problems we had (wifi and safe key) were rectified instantly by the nice lady in the office. The day we got back I tried to book for next Feb but its fully booked, we will book again when the flights are out next year. Thank you Peter and Barbara

Good communication with owner. Easy check in with helpful reception staff. Spacious living area with great views. The apartment was clean, top floor, no one above and towels changed mid week. Good local restaurants and a short walk to many restaurants, bars and beaches. Uphill on way back, but not a problem for us. Quieter end of Puerto Del Carmen and we would return.

Spacious and well equipped. The sheets on the beds need to be thrown away, they are very grey and stained, this alone wouls stop us from re booking.

The apartment is in a great location. The apartment it’s self is in great complex lovely bar and a well served bar the apartment was very spacious fantastic views but needed a little up dating cleaning standards could be better. ASA the owner was great and very helpful thank you.

Had a lovely 12 day stay. Apartment had all we needed (apart from air con when the temps got up to an unseasonably hot 40degrees!). Wonderful view. Lovely small complex with gorgeous views and enough Sun loungers for everyone. The beach is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive if you need to bring equipment. Amazing snorkeling right off the beach. Would definitely return.

Had a great stay at Ase apartment with great views, every thing catered for, Ase was very helpful with answering all the questions. Also a lovely the family that run the pool bar was great help and food was great. Highly recommended

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The view is just lovely although be prepared for the walk uphill, or you can just hop in a taxi! Not as clean as I would have expected, but small issues were soon resolved and did not spoil the enjoyment of our holiday. Louise, Tony and Paul run the pool bar and were very kind and friendly. So nice to be able to get a snack or cold drink by the pool. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Ase was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend her lovely apartment.

Wonderful apartment, large balcony which was perfect to have breakfast on & evening drinks & snacks. Ase was fast to reply with information. Apartment facilities were spot on, and a comfy bed. Area was quiet with a Spar supermarket across the road. Pool was great to use & La Bamba restaurant opposite was lovely. I recommend walking along the coastal track to Puerto Calero ( about an hour each way) Really enjoyed our stay, so will be back 👍

This property is on a lovely little friendly complex with a great pool and bar. The apartment has everything you'd need including English TV and internet. 2 good sized bedrooms and loads of wardrobe space. The balcony was large with sun beds , table and chairs and fantastic views. Highly recommend this place and near to great restaurants and bars.

We had a lovely 5 weeks at lago verde A6 it was just as advertised , lovely and clean , everything we needed for our stay , lovely comfortable bed , nice to have bedding changed weekly and towels twice a week , the views from the apartment were amazing , we spent so much time just sitting on the wonderful terraces , great swimming pool , with bar , really friendly people , we will 100¾ back , many thanks for letting us use your lovely apartment Angela and Neal

When you enter the apartment your immediately drawn to the view, it is definitely WOW. We spent many hours relaxing enjoying the view. The apartment is spacious, very very clean, has all you need to enjoy your time staying there. Asa has been so helpful through the entire booking, I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in A6. We will return Thank you Asa, for letting us stay

Had a great stay in apartment A6, it's spacious and comfortable and the views from the terrace are amazing. The Pool Shack is great for drinks and snacks, & Tony, Louise and Paul are great hosts. We love this area, nice and quiet but easy access to lots of bars and restaurants locally. Information from Ase made checking in very easy.

We're regulars here and treat it like a 'home from home' . Despite the familiarity, it's nice that the owner is constantly updating things within the apartment and not simply letting things stay as they are. It's only 3 months since our last visit and yet we noticed new cushions, bedding and cookware - well done Ase!

Since our last visit to Asa’s apartment the sofa has been replaced, new comfortable replacement 👍 The outside table has been replaced 👍 The bed is still very comfortable… A clean of ceiling lights in apartment is needed, which are fans as well…very dusty looking. Although we didn’t need to use them at this time of year. Frying pans also need replacing as non stick element has gone and very hard to clean. I do understand how difficult it is to keep these things in good condition when it’s rented. Not everyone looks after things the way you would yourself. Had a very relaxing holiday and would return to this apartment.

Just returned from our third stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you could need for a holiday and is very spacious. The panoramic view is amazing. As usual, Ase was extremely helpful, which was even more important this year with covid making travel so difficult. Lago Verde is a beautiful complex, the pool area is superb, and the pool bar is great.
