Stairs up to apartment 57 in total a big struggle with suitcase defo not good for bad backs or knees it was a pity because apartment was great

Amazing holiday

Couldn't fault anything, the whole experience was amazing!. We arrived late at night after reception had closed but they accommodate for that. The apartment was very clean and serviced daily which we were not expecting in the slightest for the price we paid. Size of the apartment was perfect also. Pool area is gorgeous and lots of sun loungers. The location is just right, as it's a couple of minutes walk into the town but still away from the loud sounds at night if you want the early night. The spar next door is a great plus!. Enrique on the reception along with the other staff are very friendly, and super helpful with anything you need! Will definitely be back again and again!.

A fabulous place to stay!

Our apartment was lovely (on the upper floor, with a sunny balcony) - it had everything we needed (microwave, coffee maker, hob, fridge, TV etc). It was spotlessly clean - the towels were changed and the floors were swept every day. The bathroom is very small but was not a problem really. This is a small apartment complex which is kept immaculately clean and it is so quiet and peaceful. It is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from the main street of shops, restaurants, bars, beach etc and right next door to a large Spar shop, which was very convenient. There are quite a lot of steps up to the complex from the street so just bear that in mind. But there is a rear entrance to the apartments with no steps, if you walk around the block. But we didn't find the steps a problem at all! Overall this is a little gem of a place, so reasonably priced for what you get. The staff are so friendly and lovely - we will definitely be back.

Maybe a few umbrellas at the pool, as there was very little shelter from the sun (but that didn't stop us enjoying the lovely pool anyway). But other than that, there was nothing I didn't like!

Exceptional

My only concern was the 55 steps up to our apartment. My wife had a knee replacement surgery about 6 months ago. It was quite challenging up and down every morning 🌄 put everything else was spot on the cleaning were very proactive 👌 👏 👍 really enjoyed my stay.

Clean rooms The pool was amazing.

I don't think the bedrooms had air conditioning. And without this, in the summer, I think it would be very hard to "survive" in the hot rooms. But it's just a thought. Everything else was great.

A delightful stay in a lovely apartment.

I've been to Lanzarote several times and this was the nicest apartment I've stayed in: spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the guy in reception to the ladies who keep the entire place so clean. It's only a 5-min walk to the seafront, and there's a big Spar supermarket right next door (as well as an OK Italian restaurant) so the location couldn't be better. I will definitely stay there again if I return.

Enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend these apartments

Very clean apartment with friendly staff. It's just a short walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Handy Spa grocery store right next door. Got to be fit to climb the many steps but brilliant view at the top. Will definitely use these apartments again.

The sofa in the apartment was very uncomfortable, and there was no ice tray for the freezer

Good value easy access to strip would have no problem to recommend it to family and friends

Small complex (long and narrow),that allow set up of sun lounger outside apt door that we really enjoyed. Gentleman at reception very helpful ,cleaning staff very good.

A relaxing break with attentive staff and comfortable accommodation

The staff were exceptional so helpful and attentive. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our apartment as it was ready. They even printed a copy of our transfer time to the airport which they had received for our departure and left it in our apartment. The apartment was spacious, bright, clean with free wifi. They even supplied towels for the sun beds. The location is ideal for the ‘strip’ and a convenient store is a few doors away. We will definitely be going back. We felt very relaxed and loved the apartment and the friendliness of the staff.

central location but if anyone has any form of disability, this wouldn’t suit.

the property was central with a Spar next door and short walk to beach, restaurants etc.

there were 70 steps to the property and when we arrived there were no lights on. No lights on steps to apartment either. it may have mentioned steps on site but I didn’t notice.

Pool was of good size . Location was excellent , very close ro Casino with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from

Safety deposit box is in reception area so access is sometimes restricted but not to much of a problem

I would definitely stay again. 10 min walk to the strip which was a beautiful walk each day.

Keys were left at reception in an envelope on arrival as we arrived late in the evening. However we were beside the back entrance and this worked out perfect for my parents and my dads mobility scooter. Staff are so friendly. Manager a pleasure to speak too

Bit of a shock with all the steps as it was the only access to the closest shop. Not suitable for older people.
