Los Tulipanes is a beautiful apartment complex. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a super complex for families, right near Rancho Texas theme park. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk from the main strip on Puerto Del Carmen.
There didn’t seem to be any A/C in the living area where the television is. Myself and my fiancee used this area to sleep by moving the couches as our 2 kids claimed the beds in the bedroom. This could be fixed by asking for a fan in the reception, we didn’t need to do this as we didn’t get back to the apartments until later each evening anyway, also our hob wasn’t working to cook any breakfast or meals if we wanted to, again, could have been sorted if we said it to reception but we didn’t do that either as we ate out most of the time anyway. Those are the only minor issues I had. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The accomodation was walkable distance from the beach, near shops and main promenade, even though it was a bit walking needed up the hill. You could easily park the car in the front of the building. The reception and swimming pool was nice with a vibe.
The beds in the kitchen vere very short, probable for children up to 13yo OK, not after that. Not suitable for anyone 180cm and up. We were really missing the Airco. The kitchen equipment is worn out and many basic things was missing, perhaps re-equip the kitchen would be great.

Bar cafe on site was ok
2nd day I woke up at 4,30 am and a guy in grey tracksuit bottoms, blue hoodie , hood was up over a grey baseball cap, black gloves on , had a tool in his hand trying to force the lock, I banged on door and He ran off, we were on the second floor, reported to reception but they didn't seem bothered as he didn't get in ... place has zero security
