I stayed here after moving from Seattle and while finding a permanent place to live. The house could use a little love and attention, but overall was very comfortable and spacious, with lots of light. The water pressure in the shower is Amazing! And having covered parking was a huge convenience. Tracy was great and responded quickly to questions and requests.

House was exactly as pictured -- clean, comfortable, and private. A problem came up (gas line was damaged in the neighborhood and the whole street was without gas), and Tracy was very prompt and attentive in helping to get it sorted out. I would definitely return. One word of advice for those who'll be bringing cars, especially those not used to driving in crowded quarters. The streets in Silver Lake are narrow and hilly. This property is on a narrow street that seems like it should be one way, but it has two-way traffic that requires some swift pulling over in the event that another car is approaching. It was fine (and having the carport for parking was such a relief since it meant not worrying about finding street parking), but some drivers may find it stressful. I should point out that is true of many properties in LA -- driving (and parking) in this city can be a challenge.
